Nice rooms, specious and very clean. Relatively good breakfast, and excellent location, but, this hotel has a very serious issue with providing basic services. The hotel is 100% digital (I'm not sure they warn their guests about it in advance), and this has a very negative impact on the level of service.1. Check in - I arrived at the hotel on Sunday night. It was deserted. The main door was locked and nobody was in the reception office. A note on the main door explained that I need to use the hotel app to get in. Strangely, the app refused to open. Apparently, I had to first connect to the hotel wifi. I managed to connect to the hotel wifi after standing very close to the door, and finally open the app, but then what? There was only an option to open the door of my room, but not the main door. I rang the intercom but no answer. After 15 minutes I was ready to leave, very angry, and find another place to spend the night. Eventually, someone answered the intercom and opened the main door. So unprofessional.2. Reception - I stayed in the hotel for 5 days and saw a real person sitting by the reception desk only once, for like 2 hours. I wanted to ask about an option to leave my bags after check out in a locker room, but I'm not sure if there was such an option and there was nobody to ask about it.3. Elevator - the elevator broke on the second day of my stay. I was on the third floor. It was a huge pain to go up and down the stairs (I have a mild physical disability). When I asked a hotel worker when is it going to be fixed they said they didn't know because they are waiting for a part. OK. This can happen, but if this is the case why not offer help to the guests with their suitcases? Once again, nobody to ask about it because the hotel has no receptionist.

Spacious rooms, tasty breakfast (with smoked salmon, quite a 5* feature!) and great service. You can see that the team works hard to please the customers and give everything needed. The digital reception may be tricky at first and it still doesn’t give a digital room key, probably the only downside of the hotel.

We had a terrible time with this hotel, wasting much of our time and energy. When a hotel decides not to have staff or a reception and go all digital one would assume that at least all the systems would be working. Unfortunately the reality is that we wasted 1 hour before we were able to check in. Then there were other small issues almost every few hours like not being able to open the door to your hotel room. Being locked out in the garage because there is no wifi (if you require internet access, make sure there is internet everywhere) is not very comfortable. When you call the service sometimes you get an answer, but most of the time we were ignored. And we were not the only guests to have this problem. There were other hotel guests waiting that could not check in.Dear Hotel Bosco Team. Please don't write a suave marketing response to this evaluation, trying to talk down what happened. Your hotel has serious issues. No amount of nice emails can give me back the hours your hotel cost us.

Cosy hotel, easy parking and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Although there is a digital check-in, I was asked at brekkie if all was well. Saved for a next visit. A few options for dinner closeby.

In my opinion, staying 5 days with 27 degrees in the room is difficult to endure. The mobile fan only distributed the warm air in the room. That wasn't an option. The room also had a lot of signs of wear on the walls. The bathroom was tiny. There were no curtains on the windows in the room, only blackout curtains. So you had to decide whether you wanted to sit in the dark during the day or whether you would prefer to have the building opposite look into your room. The walls are extremely noisy and during my stay there were guests who were very loud until 2am. Since there is no staff on site, I couldn't report it and just had to come to terms with it. For this price I definitely recommend Villa Tuscany and wouldn't stay here a second time.

I can't understand the positive reviews. We have just checked in and are served:Booking:You will be asked to install software for check-in. If we had read this before booking (I don't know if it was explicitly mentioned before booking), we would not have booked this hotel.2. Arrival in the underground car park:The garage is old, there are duplex parking spaces. Not pretty, but ok. It's raining quite heavily at the moment. Rainwater runs into the garage from above, so that part of the garage is completely wet and puddles form.3. Getting to the hotel:Didn't work from the garage. The fire door to the stairwell is badly damaged. The doorknob hangs at half past seven. Apparently we are not the first to fail here.Same game up at the hotel. We were lucky. Other guests who tried in vain to create a room card so they could open their room door failed because the technology didn't work. At least that's how we got to the hotel. At least the digital check-in worked for us.4 rooms:The pictures of the rooms here on Google are very well taken. In reality the rooms don't look so nice. The temperature in the room is currently 29 degrees Celsius. Great, you're happy about that.5. WiFi:You can find information about the WiFi everywhere in the hotel. You have to type out the password. If you're already offering an employee-free room, then I wonder why you don't put up a QR code that connects your smartphone to the WiFi?! Not thought of.But it was quickly resolved in the room because the WiFi is too weak to provide internet for smartphones or laptops.Breakfast:Surprisingly very good with very nice ladies who even used their private cell phones to call behind the sister hotel's service (see service). TOP!Service:I needed an expression. Only a lady who wasn't present at the hotel could do it. However, she came. Also to resolve the check-in issues from the previous evening. She was very friendly and helpful. She was also open to my feedback and handled it very well. I am very sorry that she has to endure the procedural problems of an impossible booking system. I hope for the owner of the hotel that she doesn't look for another job.Conclusion:120€ for one night in a double room. What little light there is is covered by shadow. Thank God we only booked one night and we definitely won't spend a second night here.UPDATE AFTER DEPARTURE:I gave it two stars because the staff really ripped out a lot of things. The ladies on site deserved 5 stars. I still can't recommend the hotel. We would definitely not book it again under the circumstances of a “digital hotel”. This feels like it was wanted, but not achieved. And I have the suspicion that a process with dangerous half-knowledge has been developed that has far too many weak points. For me, the term “digital” also conveys a modern approach, which is also reflected in the hotel’s furnishings. The hotel looks older, dusty and everything, but not digital. This happens when you want to save personnel costs.
