Staying at the Hotel Waldachtal was a wonderful experience. I particularly liked the swimming pool with its modern loungers nearby, and the sauna was perfect for relaxing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was always friendly and helpful. An all-round successful stay – I would love to come back!

Booked for one night while in transit for business. Room ok - was in the main building - few parking spaces directly at the hotel (but in the surrounding area). Hotel very spacious.

ancient bathroom but something. Sorry, it just doesn't work. Water from the shower and toilet runs constantly and doesn't let you sleep at night. The heating is constantly blowing, so the window has to be left open overnight.

Very cute hotel. Our room was modernized - large shower and everything was spacious - even a small hallway! Bed a bit uncomfortable and TV had problems with the picture. Unfortunately, the two whirlpools in the spa were out of order - we were unlucky. Otherwise had a very nice massage and a great big pool.Food was perfect all around. Brilliant buffet in the evening and breakfast selection was outstanding!

Very winding hotel. Parking spaces are rare when there are good visitors. Very friendly staff. Food in the hotel was very good.

Room 140, modernly furnished, but noisy old room doors. It's just 15 degrees in my room, 5 degrees outside and there's no heating in the entire hotel. Luckily, the lady at the reception gave me a warm blanket in response to my complaint...🥶 I was told that the boss would have to release the heating! Parking situation very bad, no free parking space at the house or in surrounding streets at 7 p.m. The ambience of the restaurant and the friendly service alone make up for it.Because of the quick and comprehensive response to my review, the rating was upgraded.

We were back in their house after a long time and were 100 percent satisfied. The renovation work in the room area, as well as the restaurant and general furnishings was particularly successful. Staff, as before, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean, modern bathroom and also the kitchen A1. We would like to come back. Thanks again

We spontaneously booked a weekend based on two recommendations from work colleagues and were very positively surprised.We had our room in Haus Himmelreich, right in the house with the swimming pool and saunas. It was a normal double room, a bit small but clean. So it's completely fine because you don't spend much time in the room anyway, except to sleep.For dinner we had the luxury board (breakfast, lunch snack and buffet dinner). The food in the main building and in the restaurant in the neighboring town were great! We were very positively surprised by the food, taste, etc.Super great, nice, courteous staff.All in all it was a perfect weekend :)

The "wellness area" leaves a lot to be desired. In addition, neither the mist bath nor the whirlpool worked and unfortunately the swimming pool was closed. :/At breakfast there was meat in the scrambled eggs, without this being signposted... a no-go as a vegetarian!

We were there for 7 days and found it very nice. If you inform yourself beforehand, then you know what to expect.The rooms are as they are and you can see in the pictures that the bathrooms are small. I didn't want to move in and stay here either. The wellness area wants to be explored but is easy to use and has everything you need. We stayed at Haus Himmelreich because the wellness area is there. We knew beforehand that we would have to walk to the main house for breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner. It wasn't all singing and clapping at school. The wellness forest and the crab circular path are around the corner. You can also quickly reach the cities of Freudenstadt, Nagold and Wildberg for shopping or strolling.There is a buffet, which was also found out beforehand. We were very satisfied with the offer and quality.I would like to highlight the staff of the hotel. At all times everyone was very friendly, informative and competent. A model company,The price/performance ratio is right.We can only recommend the hotel, especially to dog owners, as you can bring your pets with you.We also found the beauty area worth mentioning. We were well looked after here. The ladies know their craft.
