We are very pleased with everything that was in this hotel! Completely new, high-quality renovation with taste. Thanks to the private kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils, and a supermarket just 50 meters from the hotel, you can live in this room like at home - cook and eat what you're used to!The hotel is located 5 minutes from the center and 30 minutes walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient. The windows of our room faced the courtyard, and it was so quiet and cozy that we could even open the windows to have fresh air.The only downside we found in the room was one very rustling blanket, under which it was difficult to sleep - with every turn at night, my wife and I woke up from the noise and rustle of my blanket.

We booked the room or apartment for one night and were very satisfied. Small kitchen and very large bathroom. We had the windows closed and apart from one ambulance, we didn't notice any traffic. Elevator available in the house. Free parking nearby on weekends.

Personally, I prefer to have my own small kitchen and my peace and quiet in the evenings on business trips than to be forced to go to a restaurant every evening.Location close to the center, perfect connections.

It is totally unfair to see this nice apartment only 3 stars. It is at a perfect location easy access to centre Karlsruhe (5mins).It has a great size of space with views and kitchen. We fall in love with this apartment immediately after an easy check-in. Downstairs a lot of restaurants and shops. Many choices are available. And we haven't had chance to try all of them yet.We make our breakfast every morning with the fridge and oven. Some tablewares can be missing (like wooden spoons). May we suggest the staffs make the missing ones more equal for each room. And giving some easy cleaning tools can be also appreciated.The only thing bothers us a bit is that very near by tram routes. Good part is S2345 can all pass by. We found it extremely convenient. But at night the sounds come into the rooms if we keep windows opened (especially summer time is hard to avoid.) However it doesn't affect our feelings of this great apartment. Great WIFI with nice home vibe. Definitely will come back again.

We (couple with child) really had a great experience with the apartment. The location is really brilliant. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The staff is totally polite and accommodating. If we come to Karlsruhe again, we will make reservations here again.

The two of us spent a long Pentecost weekend in a SEEGER Living apartment, a total of 4 nights.Below is an overview of the positive and negative aspects of the stay:+ Location: very centrally located+ spacious apartment+ telephone service and email contact are quick and helpfulwe had a problem with our room card, which was quickly resolved by phone (on a Sunday)+ uncomplicated check-in and check-out- Cleanliness: BIG minus, as there are prints and dirt on the floor, kitchen not clean, kitchen appliances such as coffee machine and kettle dirty- Kitchen equipment: unfortunately there are no utensils, such as a good sharp knife and dishes, pan etc. not really clean either; Dishwashing sponge and detergent had to be purchased separately- WiFi unfortunately unreliable- Parking: We had to use a nearby parking garage because all the parking spaces were already reserved.We would definitely have liked more cleanliness and more basic equipment in the apartment (broom, sponge, dishwashing liquid, knife, ...).The price-performance ratio is therefore okay. If the negative points were corrected, we would certainly come back again.

The extra decoration for the wedding night of my son and his wife, despite the lack of staff, the Corona crisis and the unusual and everyday procedure in these hotels, was carried out very beautifully and then very much appreciated by the bride and groom, who had not expected it. Thank you very much for the extra effort! A big congratulations to everyone involved!!! :)

They have been incredibly helpful these past few weeks, and if you have any issues they respond incredibly quickly by email! 100% recommend to anyone staying in Karlsruhe for a few days or weeks, as I did. Lovely apartment with nice decorations and a functional kitchen.

Hello,I am from India, and I am sorry for late review posting, but I had a stay in 2016 in seeger, and I had a great stay here, I was here with my husband and with my 6 month old baby, and we all were very much happy to stay here, all staff were very much supportive and very much helpful, my baby was very much comfortable here as the apartment in which I was staying was on first floor, and whole day my baby used to watch the road siders , we all enjoyed this stay, looking forward to come in The Seeger living and stay for long periodThanks to all Generous Staff

Although it is quite expensive, even the cheaper apartments are well equipped.The employees in particular are extremely friendly and helpful. Customers' wishes are fulfilled as quickly and competently as possible. Problems are solved quickly and unbureaucratically.I really enjoy being a guest here and am completely satisfied with the service.
