Very nice guesthouse with modern rooms in a historic villa. The breakfast was rich and left nothing to be desired. But the greatest praise goes to the owner couple: we have never experienced such friendliness and willingness to help. It was like being a guest at friends' houses, it couldn't be better! We would love to come back.

A beautiful house with a charming aura. Despite the old walls, it's well equipped and the staff is very friendly! Surprisingly luxurious, especially for such a price. The service for cyclists and hikers is also very friendly.

This is a great, good value place to stay in Colditz. It's a short walk to the centre and to the castle. I was offered a free upgrade and my room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Breakfast is plentiful and very good. Carola is welcoming and very helpful. I recommend.

I don't usually rate accommodations but this time I just have to write something. The guesthouse is definitely worth the money. The price-performance ratio is absolutely justified and everything else is very consistent. The hosts are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is awesome. Nothing is missing and you can even make sandwiches for the bike ride. We would definitely sleep in the guesthouse again if we needed accommodation in Colditz again. Absolutely recommended and thank you for the great time.

Spending the night in the tower room was really romantic with great views in three directions. The room meets my expectations in every respect and I am already looking forward to the next overnight stay. The breakfast was extremely rich, including excellently cooked soft eggs.

For the second time I stayed in the friendly and comfortable guesthouse on Albertberg. Everything was fine and the breakfast was quite good. Whatever you didn't eat at the table, you were allowed to take with you for the day and the bags were ready. Recommended!

Great guesthouse! Breakfast was perfect for cyclists.The room was very clean and in very good condition.Which, to be honest, I didn't expect for the price. It's harder to find accommodation in so many hotels. There were even disposable razors in the rooms. (These are small details that one tends to overlook, of which there were many)Location is also very good for going out to eat in the city but wasn't noisy.Boarding parents were also very friendly.Very good bicycle shelter and opportunities to enjoy the evening outside.So thank you again.

Very nice, friendly owners! Everything was clean, pleasant and uncomplicated, even though we showed up there quite late. Overall great and really recommended. We'll definitely be back!

A lovingly run guest house where nothing was missing, even a lint roller in the cupboard ;-) The room was very pleasant, the breakfast was varied and plentiful, the rolls for Sunday were excellent and boiled eggs (soft) that you would never have had can wish for better. There is a seating area in the courtyard to relax... everything around is just great!
