We came to this Greek restaurant based on a recommendation. The reception was very friendly. The service and especially the food were extremely good. The restaurant was packed to capacity on Saturday. A reservation is therefore recommended.

Food is great, staff is always politeBUT: we always reserve in advance and have repeatedly had to endure long waiting times to even get a table. You also had to wait a long time for food and drinks. It's particularly a shame, my husband specifically asked for a "romantic" table when booking and since we were initially ignored when we said we had ordered, of course we didn't get this table.In addition, you couldn't even have a conversation because the acoustics were like that of a main train station.

Abnormal What's happening here, you wait almost 2 hours for food, waiting guests are piling up in the entrance area. Background noise like in a local pub. You can only guess at the quality of the food. Since nothing has arrived at our table so far.

Based on my experience, I can fully recommend this restaurant. Very friendly and attentive staff, first class service and the food was delicious. If I lived in Bad Düben, I would probably be a regular. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Ten of us were attending a concert in Bad Düben and had reserved the table for a Saturday. This was a good thing, as the restaurant was at 100 percent capacity from around 6 p.m.Drinks and starters came very quickly, the 10 main courses came almost at the same time. Everything was very tasty and tasty.I had a lamb shank, I have rarely had this dish of such high quality.I was lucky enough to be able to eat my daughter-in-law's gratinated gyros, just as great.The staff was quick, friendly and always helpful, led by the boss, who made the evening absolutely perfect with her nice, charming manner.If you ever find yourself in Bad Düben, I can only recommend the Greek restaurant.

We reserved a table for 12 people for 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday a week in advance.When we arrived we were put off, there was no table available but "right away". After about 30 minutes, other guests were asked to leave so that we could hibern.We then waited about 2 hours for the food, dinner at 9 p.m. (when we wanted to be gone again, so to speak..)A waitress (possibly the boss?) wanted to put us off with ouzo, but apparently she didn't take our criticism seriously. They always answered in a way that was borderline cheeky and crossed a certain professional threshold for us. I certainly like it when there's a bit of pep in the conversation, but that often went too far.We were laughed at and said, "Just look around, there's so much going on."That was actually it, the room was disgustingly loud, we were somewhere around 90db and you literally had to shout at each other at your own table so that you could talk. Quiet and familiar environment nil.The food itself was okay, you can't complain about that.However, the great conclusion came when paying:. A woman paid by card and the waitress said to one of the guests at our table, "After all that, there isn't even a tip." FOR WHAT?!For a space that is not available despite a reservation?For a 2 hour wait for food?For cheeky, almost mean and stupid sayings to your guests?Our visit was really disappointing, a shame.

A very nice restaurant. Especially in late summer when you can still sit outside and see the beautiful outdoor lighting. Very tasty food and a lot of choice of drinks. The staff is very quick on their feet and puts a lot of effort into every guest.

A great Greek restaurant right at the Heidespa. Drinks and appetizers came within 10 minutes. But there was almost 90 minutes between the starter and the main course. (See pictures).I would also estimate occupancy at 60% that evening.We definitely won't recommend it. Too bad.
