Due to a concert, we were looking for cheap accommodation for one night.Searched and found, you got to the bus stop pretty quickly and arrived at the various locations easily by bus or train.Now to a few points that weren't so nice. When I walked into the hallway there was a very unpleasant smell.The room was in a larger room/apartment, which was divided into another room and had a shared bathroom. This was clean at first glance, apart from a few small hairs in the sink and on the toilet.The room view was quite old.What bothered us was that there were some stains on the bed sheet and towels, so we used our own towel and well, we had to be content with the sheet. Unfortunately there was no real contact person other than the service at the pizzeria.Given the price, you shouldn't expect so much.75€ per night, for two people. It's hard for me to say whether that's cheap.But that will probably be the case if Leipzig was otherwise fully booked due to the concert.

One catch is that the accommodation has no possibility of parking, it has to rely on public parking spaces and they are still occupied by the pizzeria, although it has its own parking space. Simply park your cars outside in the parking space and you can look for a parking space if you are lucky enough to park nearby You can't walk even 100 meters to the accommodation. Because parking is forbidden everywhere. It's not much fun for me. Ah, by the way, you also have a TV in the room but no socket, unfortunately.

Rooms are fine, TV only has 16 programs that no one wants to watch, nothing works with the window open, you can't sleep or make phone calls, street noise at its best, there's no internet either, time has stood still here, construction workers' flophouses

Cozy place located about 10 minutes by street car. Friendly people and good restaurant attached to enjoy a pizza or other dishes. However, the rooms have shared bathrooms, as former flats were converted into individual rooms with shared kitchens and bathroom. The amenities are great. You have a range, refrigerator, coffee machine, hot water cooker plus dishes etc. If you enjoy company then this is a very inexpensive place for you . However, if you like your privacy, pick another place to stay.

It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped - there is a deduction because there is no WiFi and the TVs are really puny! There is a pizzaria included - very small and pizzas and relatively expensive and unfortunately I personally didn't like it. But the people on site were very nice and helpful! The balcony in the courtyard was also great. If it had been summer it would have been ideal

Actually no star at all and not recommended! I have reserved several rooms for a family celebration. A family of 5 people had to cancel their visit at short notice. After my phone call to the guesthouse, the lady canceled all of my other rooms. Even my attempt to pay a contribution for the cancellation was rejected. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior during my professional travel and I am shocked by this person's unfriendly (that's putting it kindly) treatment and handling. Good luck to whoever has a better experience with this house!
