The apartment was cozy and modernly designed. There is a covered seating area in the courtyard - perfect for ending the evening. The owner and the staff are super friendly - you immediately feel at home.P.s.: Thanks again, the ring has now appeared again.

A very nice, small apartment hotel, which you wouldn't expect from the outside. The hosts are friendly and almost every wish is fulfilled. The rooms are sufficiently stocked and some even have washing machines. Perfect for a city trip with children and dogs. The connection to public transport is great. You can quickly get to the city or the zoo with the tourist train.

Apartment was very well maintained and well equipped. A bit small for 2 people and we had booked a room with a balcony, but got one without a balcony facing the street. Busy street with trams, therefore very noisy. Everything like supermarkets, drugstores, ice cream parlors, snack bars, etc. were within walking distance. And the tram took you to the center in 10 minutes.Service at the accommodation was top!

Setup corresponds to the information on the Internet. The employee was also very friendly.However, there is a deduction for the price-performance ratio. We paid €110 for one night plus €10 final cleaning and tourist tax. I didn't expect the following things:- the toilet seat was loose and slipped back and forth- the water didn't drain when showering because the drain was blocked with hair- We found hair and dust on or next to the bedside table- There was a bad smell coming from the kitchen cupboard (where the empty trash can was).We also had to keep the windows of our apartment number 3 closed because they faced directly onto the smoking area in the courtyard. Unfortunately we couldn't open the roof windows. And it was very hot (especially upstairs). The street noise was the lesser evil.

I arrived a the location after 22h and was still possible for a check inn , wich i apreciate . The lady was nice and easy to comunicate ( in english ) . In the morning i went to ask If is possible to extend my stay and i recieve a big NO , the reason was that they have no rooms available even if booking.com was saying someting else . I guess because i am Romanian there was no room available for me .Dissapointed !

I had booked a room with a balcony. Apparently according to the lady at reception it wouldn't have been the case. Unfortunately I didn't have the booking confirmation ready. So I had a room facing the street, which was a bit uncomfortable at night. Apart from this circumstance, price/performance was okay.

We had the apartment with a balcony. We were very satisfied with the furnishings in the pleasantly large room (a few hangers, 6 if you have a lot to hang). The street is also far enough away that you can only hear the traffic quietly and it is quiet enough to leave the window open when sleeping. Cleanliness was also okay. It's just a shame that no one was there to clean during a week's stay because there was nothing to clean yourself :( Will definitely come back anyway because the price/performance ratio was just right.
