Can highly recommend the breakfast buffet! Super great and extensive selection, with something for everyone. There was always enough food and a lot of it was homemade. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy.

Now I'm sitting here, the only free place, why... is the one with a smelly kiosk in the back. It's not "nice" what I see here... a second life collection of chairs and tables whose static durability I, at 1.92 m, would question. Here comes my companion with her piece of cake... 4.50 euros for a small piece of sheet cherry cake. Awesome margin, I have to say!Children are dancing in front of the speakers from which Laaar's music is playing too loudly to chill... well... right in front of them. Surely the kids' Ellis are the ones who tell me that my motorcycle is too loud... but here it can be 110 dB on the children's ears all the way home to the Woke residential area... no problem. I only saw one child with hearing protection... at least I wasn't the only one who noticed that the music was too loud for a Sunday afternoon... it's not the Bergheim here... even though the girl at the turntables was like that seems to feel... her favorite button is definitely the fog button... also good for the kiddos... especially for the smallest child who is lying helplessly next to me in the grass. Congratulations and get well soon!Oh yes... and for all this "pleasure" you put another 5 euros per person on the garden table at the entrance.Intended for the 16 liters of smoke fluid that the girl on the decks burned in the last 10 minutes. I wait a few minutes for the Böhlitz-Ehrenberg fire department to arrive. There are half-drunk "girls" 30+ dancing in a trance next to the children who are admiring the full beer glass, which no longer makes them quite sure that they are chattering across the dance floor.Actually, this place can't be beaten when it comes to double standards. If I had eaten some of the overpriced food, I would be able to eat!

We went there for breakfast with several friends. We all really liked the location. The large lawn next to the house invites you to sit outside and enjoy the day. The buffet is really very diverse, fresh and rich. There is enough food for everyone and it is continually replenished. But what I don't like and what really annoyed me is the growing habit of aggressively "persuading" guests to leave a tip. And in this case there is also the fact that a tip of 10, 15 or 20 (!) percent is required beforehand. Because before you can take a seat, you will be charged at the entrance. This is done togetherwith the rather blatant request to give a tip of the said amount if paying cashless. But how should the guest decide how much to tip?fails when he hasn't been able to enjoy any service at all? Especially since it is a breakfast buffet with complete self-service.I understand the operator's problem that there are probably fewer tips if the customers have already paid and can then just leave. But for me that's actually just a hidden markup!I will really think about having breakfast there again!

I am confused by all the positive reviews about the breakfast buffet. We went there on Saturday and it was mediocre at best. We were the first at the buffet and mosts of the canapés seemed premade and were refrigrirator cold. We found hair in two of them. There was no fresh coffee, juice, waffles, pancakes or omlettes. My favorite part was asking for a tip altough there was no service. You had to get everything yourself and nobody cleared your table from the dirty dishes. You were limited the plate that was on your table anyway. The location was nice but unfortunately it was super loud due to everybody sitting in the same room.I cannot recommend it at all. Any decent hotel has superior breakfast.—————————-Thank you for your openness to criticism. I guess, if I wasn’t actually there, I can cancel the credit card charge

We went for breakfast brunch with family. The photos on the website convinced us. We often go out for brunch in Leipzig and the surrounding area and like to try something new. But what we experienced here...The positive first: The buffet corresponded to the photos and I have to say it was very tasty. Lots of choice, we tried everything. Really great! Now to the less good points: We entered the building, which already looked dilapidated from the outside. Even worse inside. Holes in the ceilings, in some places you had to be afraid that nothing would come down. Floor deformed and broken. We haven't seen anything like that yet. Everything was patched up. The attached winter garden was prepared for brunch. The furnishings are somehow thrown together. Even the dishes come from ancient times. Nothing matched. Table after table lined up next to each other. Nothing cozy. As soon as we sat down, we immediately cashed in. Okay, you can do it. But the fact that you were required to pay a tip in advance was unusual. You had the choice of 10, 15 or 20%. Well, okay. Otherwise we always wait for the service to decide whether and how much to tip. There was no service then. There wasn't even coffee at the table. You had to get the coffee with a cup at the front of the buffet. A single thermos flask was available and, given the number of people, you often had to wait. You also only had one plate and cutlery. So no matter whether you had scrambled eggs, fish, cheese or sweets on your plate, there was no change of crockery or cutlery. As I said, the food was delicious. But for €32 plus tip I can go into town and still have warm food from midday. Never again! It's a real shame, we could do more with it.

We went to the breakfast buffet on Saturday! A dream breakfast experience. Yes, it's not the cheapest breakfast. But it's totally worth it! Very good selection of homemade dishes, spreads, platters and salads. In addition, the historical and original ambience invites you to linger.
