We recently renewed our confidence in this establishment which we had already visited in 2018 and which gave us complete satisfaction. Apart from the location which has not changed and which is very good, we noticed a deterioration in the service despite the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. Example of breakfast time not respected or 1 hour late or forgotten, poorly maintained swimming pool and terrace becoming dangerous. Air conditioning only working randomly. In short, a review of a few elements in order to regain our confidence.

Relaxing. Met a lot of Australian and Korean people here who were nice. It’s a bit further and more secluded but felt like amenities maybe a little better for price. Great pull and drinks. Tried the Mexican to Bali at the pool bar. …

Staff are exceptional. Very, very helpful and polite. Rooms are very well located along a market strip but very quiet at night. I found the rooms were not dark at night, and tge rooms are simple but clean.

A simply amazing stay. They let me change my booking as I booked the wrong day and they let me extend my stay very easily. The rooms are beautiful and the spa on site is cheap plus the two pools are beautiful. The laundry service is cheap and the location is amazing, you are very close to the centre but you can’t hear any noise it’s so quiet in the resort it’s also near the art market. The staff are also lovey and chatty and are happy to help and It is amazing value for price. This is my favourite place I’ve stayed in Indonesia thanks guys.

I don't understand how a place like this gets a rating higher than 4 stars.I've written a lot of reviews so far, but this is the first time I've written one at such a length and given such a low score. There is nothing to praise about this place except that the location is close to the center.1. A person who does not hate living with ants2. People who like taking cold showers3. People who are okay with torn and dirty blankets4. People who are okay with getting off Grab in the middle of an alley just off the main road and walking to this place with their trunk.5. When you call Grab when checking out, the Grab driver calls and asks you to cancel saying you can't enter the alley, so you don't mind canceling and calling another car again. These people can go here,Many ants climbed up to the 4th floor and stayed together, and although ants and bugs are unavoidable due to the nature of Ubud, it gets cold at night, so even if you want to take a hot shower, cold water comes out. I told the staff twice, but it was not fixed. They said they would talk to another employee and they would fix it, but they did not fix it. As a person staying at the hotel, the attitude of the staff, who seemed to just make excuses and get by, was quite unpleasant. After taking a cold shower, I felt a little unwell and was irritated. Then I sent a message to the WhatsApp number in the room, and it was only then that they fixed it.I was able to use hot water once while staying here for 3 nights.Cleaning was mediocre, the bedding in the room was yellow, and the blanket felt like it had been left unwashed.I feel like they are providing sloppy service to guests in favor of location and sloppy management of rooms and bedding. When checking in, the Grab driver didn't go to the entrance but dropped me off in an alley so I walked. This was partly the Grab driver's fault, but looking at the alley leading from the main road to this place, I understood that it was too complicated. When checking out, I called Grab a few times and Grab came all the way here and took me out, but when I called Grab, it didn't come in, so it was the first time I had a difficult experience.
