We felt very comfortable in the hotel.The room was super nice and very clean.Every evening someone came and lit incense sticks against animals on the balcony.We called your room every afternoon to ask whether you wanted tea or coffee in the afternoon (we only booked breakfast), which we thought was really cool.Care is taken to ensure that you don't miss breakfast if you oversleep. The breakfast was very tasty and a daily changing buffet with a station where fresh different egg dishes were prepared. Free to order any hot drinks such as coffee and tea for breakfast (you have been asked).The pool area was very relaxing and enjoyable.

We stayed at Kajene Hotel for 4 nights in September. The hotel is located in the center of Ubud, an average of 10 minutes walking distance from the Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace and the souvenir shopping market, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. We requested that the hotel has Shutte, and they drove us to the Monkey Forest. The WiFi in the room was strong. .There are YouTube, Netflix and similar applications on the television. You can watch movies directly. The room is cleaned once a day and two free waters are left a day. Towards the evening, the staff comes and asks if you need water, cleaning or towels. You can also choose your room every day between 16:00-19:00. They bring cakes and pastries along with tea and coffee and leave them on your balcony. The hotel has a restaurant and you get a 15 percent discount when you show your room card. From the reception to the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff, they were all helpful. The hotel had a pool, but we never used it. There was also a refrigerator and equipment for tea and coffee in the balloon. There was incense on the balcony to keep flies away, and there was no fly problem in the room. The biggest problem of the hotel for us was the breakfast. It catered mainly to southeast Asian customers, the food quality was very low and there was no hygiene. We could only eat omelette, croissant and some fruit. If you make a reservation, definitely do not choose breakfast. The surrounding restaurants also have very good breakfast options.

What can I say about one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in? We, 4 friends, stayed for 5 days at this hotel in Ubud and the stay was unbeatable. They gave us a villa with capacity for 4 people and a private pool. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. I loved being able to literally be in the middle of nature as the hotel is perfectly integrated into it, not to mention its great location (right on Monkey Forest Street), which allows you to walk to shops, restaurants, temples, the Monkey Forest… in a matter of minutes. As if that were not enough, the hotel has its own transportation service, and you can request a ride to any restaurant or temple in the area and even arrange a pick-up time. As for meals, we only had breakfast included, buffet style, with very good quality and very varied products (I miss it already). However, despite all of the above, what would stand out most is undoubtedly the friendliness of the staff. Really charming, polite, kind, hospitable... and so I could go on saying good things about them because they really are great people. Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable memory, I hope we can return.

The location is exceptional, the incredible service could not be better, the cleanliness is top, the food is good, the villas are incredible and it is better to book the massage at the hotel and it works out better than anywhere else. In short there is nothing wrong with this hotel.

It’s the best location for Ubud tours. Monkey Forest, Ubud Market, and Ubud Royal Palace are all within walking distance. You can think of it as downtown Ubud. A place I went to a few years ago and again. Another place to go. I've been going to Bali every year for 7 years. You can tell by looking at my other reviews. The staff is friendly and warm, and they serve breakfast with sincerity. Good resort!

There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's located on a main road where you can walk even late at night. (You can't hear the noise of cars in the room, so it's very quiet.) Although it's old, it's a lovely place where you can feel clean and warm. Plus, the price is very reasonable.I recommend it if you stay in downtown Ubud!!♥️

Beautiful hidden gem in the middle of busy Ubud. We have especially enjoyed our private little pool and Bali style afternoon tea. Bathroom was quite amazing. Very attentive service, they have met all our requests with smile. Happy to come back!
