The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. I would like to thank the employees for their interest and concern. The location is very good, 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Since this is Bali, of course there may be small lizards around, but they are harmless. We stayed for 3 nights and were satisfied.

Deplorable! We had some of our personal belongings stolen even though the room was locked.We had made it clear that it was not necessary to go in and make the bed, but the staff did it without our permission.Big safety alert! To date, no solution has been found by management.

The blanket was almost wet.I didn't like it being damp, so I chose a view other than the jungle view when making a reservation.I was assigned to jungle view.I also checked for a twin bed, but received a one bed.I was so tired that I just accepted it, but it was a big mistake.It was so humid and uncomfortable that even my new, unworn clothes got wet.It was twice as wet as other accommodations.I used a shower filter, but in less than a minute, the filter was full of green algae. It felt uncomfortable, so I ended up using bottled water.Because it was outdoors, I was able to take a bath with a cute frog.The reason I chose this place is because the breakfast was delicious.It was close to downtown.Breakfast cost an additional 100,000 rupees per person.Didn't live up to expectations as seen in the reviewsNasi goreng and American food? I ateThe taste was okayWe wanted a taxi pick-up when we visited, and it cost 10,000 rupiah more expensive than calling a taxi ourselves, so we called a cheaper taxi ourselves.The view here is beautifulIt's most beautiful when the sunlight hits the pool, but I couldn't swim because the water quality seemed to be poor.When contacting WhatsApp, don't expect kindness and quick responses from other places.The city is very close.A place with great accessibility and views of the city

It was a good stay, just not exceptional. Like the location set off the Main Street, but the walk down the path feels a little sketchy in the dark. The rooms need some TLC. Pool was amazing set in the lush forest but I don’t think we’d stay again. Service was great they made us very welcome and went out of their way to set up our room for our honeymoon. We even had some monkeys visit which we loved. They don’t come onto your balconies. They’re just in the trees.

A nice property. Please book their suite.You will love the pre-set brekky.The street has some nice restaurants & a convenient store right opp. to the hotel lane.It's a small lane that leads up to the property - a walk of about 80-100mtrs. Friendly staff. The management is also accommodating.

Villa Ubud is a dream place! It was the first place we visited in Indonesia and we were surprised by the magic and the sense of peace and friendliness! The extremely kind staff helped us and alleviated some travel inconveniences, such as the 7-hour delayed flight to Bali. They organized a transfer from the airport and welcomed us without problems at 3 in the morning. Our room with the bathroom open to the jungle was special! We obviously recommend it to enjoy wonderful days in Ubud!!

We were here for 4 days. The location is convenient. City center. There are many cafes nearby. In general, the impression of the hotel is not bad. The staff was friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was delicious. It must be ordered in the evening. The room looked nice at first glance, but the toilet was dirty and the bed linen was stained. The downside was that the internet was very bad in room number 10. I couldn't work. The internet was constantly down. There was a bad smell in the closet. And I still recommend closing the passage from the bath to the balcony, as it is very unpleasant, in the evening all possible animals are in our shower. (frogs, lizards, spiders, mosquitoes, bees, many ants). There were monkeys near the balcony. I understand that the place is near the forest, but it is still worth making a door so that all this does not get into the room. There is a swimming pool on the territory. But many trees in the water temperature is not high. In general, you can find better options.

The location, service, quiet, decent breakfast, and swimming pool make it a good value for money accommodation. This was the place I chose when I arrived in Ubud after midnight... After sleeping for two days, I got hives. They call it a bed bug. It tickled so much that I got scolded. My husband also got hives, but I guess my allergic reaction got worse.

Very nice hotel with attentive staff. Apart from busy streets, pool is like in the middle of the jungle! Rooms are ok, so lack some fresh air, especially bathroom.

This house has definitely a mould problem. You could immediately smell it and it definitely impacted our stay negatively. Otherwise the location is good as well as the impressive pool area.
