Disappointment.Our room upon arrival was dirty and there were worms, ants, and we even had to kill a cockroach because the man at the reception did not even offer to come and help kill insects.They did not offer us a change of room or hotel, forcing us to sleep in that place until the manager's arrival the next day.The next day, when we planned to take a tour of Ubud, we were pressured to change rooms at that moment without the possibility of postponing it from the manager “because they wouldn't be able to clean afterwards.”Horrible experience.We slept with insects, they played with our time...Not happy with this, when we left the hotel they harassed us on WhatsApp, inventing that towels were missing from the hotel (ridiculous) even going so far as to write to booking as an excuse for not making a refund according to the disagreements of our stay.In short, if you want a calm stay in Ubud with responsible staff, do not choose this hotel.Dirty, insects, rude and lying boss who made our stay totally uncomfortable and unpleasant. Even several days later we continue to receive messages with insults... we will inform booking of all of this so that it does not happen again.

If you go to Ubud and want to get away from the center and chaos a little, this hotel is perfect. The rooms are great, large and modern (I missed a TV). They have a swimming pool in the middle of the hotel and next to it a terrace for breakfast and dinner. If you wish and there is availability, you can rent a motorcycle for a very reasonable price. I also want to highlight the good treatment of the workers, very attentive and collaborative (they helped us with the motorcycle and to reserve a driver).

In my opinion, wonderful place, clean, very friendly people.A 10 minute walk from the main street and any shop or restaurant.3 minutes from a cheap massage spa.and my say neat and clean.Restaurant with a fairly varied menu but in my opinion after the second time you have dinner, you want something different, even if Balinese food is quite repetitive.I highly recommend it,Near the hotel, there is a club where they play music until 8pm and it DOES NOT create much disturbance.Two swimming pools, very nice, simple, but very spot on.

We spent four nights here as a family. The complex is located just outside of Ubud center, but can be reached on foot (about 15 minutes). Since we didn't rent scooters, we sometimes ordered Grab Taxi, which didn't cost much. As requested, we got two rooms next to each other. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the entire facility is lovingly maintained. The two pools in particular were a relief after the hectic Ubud. Only the breakfast could use some improvement. It was ok, but nothing more. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back at any time!!

This is a great place to be. Natural environment. Great personal, friendly and always willing to help. The local food prepared in the restaurant was great. Rooms had good shower, bed and airconditioning. So i recommend it. The environment from the hotel is a 15 min walk to the crowded center of Ubud.

Perfect for a week in Ubud. Less than 10 mins out from the centre via scooter ride making it so peaceful. Every staff member was always smiling and very eager to help. We booked taxi service from airport which was a great price and worked really well for us. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Everywhere on the property was spotlessly clean. We couldn’t be happier with our stay here - thank you all 🙏🏻

Had a very nice stay. Reasonably close to the center so great distance, easy to order a Grab or Gojek from. Staff was professional and super friendly. We also had our dirty laundry washed and it came back perfect.It was delicious, highly recommended.

The hotel pictures on booking website don’t do them justice because the hotel looks so much better in real life! It doesn’t have a lot of rooms so it’s nice and quiet. The centre is easy accessible with a scooter. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. As everywhere in Bali you need to choose (no buffet, which I actually totally like) and there is not a lot of variation. Except for that this hotel is very nice!

Great value for money. Perfect place, really can’t fault it. We stayed here for 5 nights as a couple and loved it! Good size modern rooms, 2 nice pools, delicious breakfast, location within 15mins walk from start of town (or a cheap grab).
