A great hotel, I always like to come back here! The rooms are very spacious, all well furnished and well maintained. Clean large bathroom. Very nice, helpful staff and good breakfast. I can only recommend it.

This tram in front of the door can be heard very clearly even though the windows are closed. The cleanliness of the rooms still needs work. Breakfast is ok.

The first impression: surprising. The ambience and furnishings in the room took some getting used to at first. But: super friendly young lady at reception (even helped with toothpaste), very large double room (unfortunately located on the tram side). Nice little treat with a personal greeting. I am very pleasantly surprised. The beds seem good too. The monstrous air conditioning above the bed is a bit ugly. Unfortunately, no visual highlight.

Great hotel for transit. The location itself is great, as the hotel is very centrally located, but the tram is quite noisy in the room in the evenings and at night.The room was nice, but there was some wear and tear on the walls and a lot of stains on the curtains.Breakfast was good.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Everything was just right for me: very large room, clean new bathroom, breakfast with a sufficient selection of food included in the price. The location is excellent, about a 7-minute walk from the train station and right next to the old town.The only drawback: if possible, get rooms with windows facing the inner courtyard, otherwise you'll hear loud trams from 5-6 a.m. onwards.I would like to come again.

Booked an overnight stay at very short notice. Very friendly staff who welcomed us with sparkling wine. We didn't get the room we booked, but the Royal Suit. Never stayed in such a great room. The breakfast was completely sufficient and had everything you would expect. The location is of course ideal. Only 2 minutes to the train station, 15 minutes to the zoo and quickly in the center of Leipzig. We would love to book there again and again.

The big plus is the absolutely central location, close to the train station. You don't need a taxi there. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast is adequate. The price-performance ratio is good. The friendliness of the staff varies greatly. The commitment of the new Austrian receptionist should be emphasized. This kind of example of service and friendliness is quite rare these days.

A hotel in the heart of the city with lots of space for the guest! I had a super large room, consisting of a living area with a TV, a sleeping area also with a TV, a dressing room and a large bathroom. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious!

Very good location right at the train station. Great for the city center. As an upgrade we had a very large room at the back, so it was very quiet.Good breakfast with delicious cake.Attentive and friendly staff.We will come back the next time we visit Leipzig, a clear recommendation.

Very friendly welcome with a glass of sparkling wine. We were positively surprised and also by the size of our room, which had a balcony into the inner courtyard. But that was it again. We know breakfast better. The selection wasn't particularly large. Possibly due to lack of space at the buffet. The warm dishes were mostly cold if they were available at all (scrambled eggs). The staff always had the impression that they were happy when the guests left. Coffee was always served without a saucer. Minibar was actually quite well stocked, but wasn't refilled. On the balcony there were still remains (champagne corks) from the previous person or whatever. The curtains in the room were stained, I have no idea what was sprayed on them. There is also no air conditioning. From our point of view the price was ok. But we will stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel had a defective lighting system that apparently could not be repaired immediately (according to the staff, within a few days). This resulted in a distinct clicking sound being heard in the room every few seconds. The staff refused to cancel the room, so I had to pay almost €150 for nothing.In such a case, I expect accommodation since the defect in the system in the hotel was not my fault.

The hotel is very centrally located. It's a very nice hotel with incredibly large rooms. The staff wears uniforms and you are greeted with sparkling wine and orange juice. Well that was it then. The friendliness decreases greatly after that. You try hard. The room bar was not refilled. The dirt from the previous guest on the balcony remained there too. The breakfast. Yes, there is a sausage platter that is only replaced when it is completely empty. So if the ham is missing then you're out of luck. The yogurt containers are familiar from the buffet for salad dressing. They are completely messed up on the outside. Nobody comes up with the idea of wiping them off in between..... although there is every theme such as sausage, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, there is no selection. It's a shame because at the beginning we were really positively surprised. Unfortunately, the service at the bar wasn't overwhelmed with friendliness either. You had the impression that you would be happy if everyone left quickly. Very unfortunate

The hotel offers simple but solid accommodation. The room was simply furnished, with a small balcony which was a nice addition. Particularly positive is the comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was very simple but functional.Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, which proved uncomfortable in warmer temperatures. The room was sometimes very warm, which affected the comfort. A big plus point was the breakfast, which was delicious and varied and started the day pleasantly.Overall, an acceptable accommodation, although it is less recommended in hot temperatures due to the lack of air conditioning.

Nice large room close to the main train station, the service was also very friendly. Breakfast was completely sufficient. The only disadvantage is that this hotel does not have air conditioning, especially on hot days. The plus point for us was that we had a room at the back with a large balcony.

Really modern rooms for Best Western. The rooms are a nice size and the beds are also comfortable. Unfortunately, I have to make some deductions here:Bathroom lamp broken, the floors are in a miserable condition, the silicone in the bathroom is coming off the shower and the curtains are unfortunately dirty (I have no idea what liquids would be smeared there.We slept here for 3 nights and reported these things to reception every day and asked that some of the things be fixed. Every day we were told that this would of course be taken care of and that they would send people to the room. Unfortunately none of this was fixed. That's a shame, but I haven't had any other experiences with Best Western so far. It wasn't even offered, a drink as an apology or anything.The breakfast is completely sufficient, but here again there is a minus point:The rolls are simple baked rolls, but unfortunately they are completely hard (they are “fresh”).There are many small things that can be avoided to make your stay perfect.Very unfortunate.

Bad hotel I was in.1. Elevator was broken. Had to carry baby scales and everything to the 4th floor.2. Breakfast:Even at the start of breakfast everything was already cold (scrambled eggs etc.). Only after asking several times was there coffee.3. Room nice and spacious. But the hotel smelled very musty. Then we had craftsmen in the hotel.

Great location but an overly warm room due to the lack of air conditioning and the suite on the tram side. Unfortunately it wasn't a quiet night. Breakfast was good and service took care of the complaint.
