Absolutely recommended, even with 3 dogs it wasn't a problem. Everything was very clean, nice staff. We only had breakfast and it was very good. Very good cleaning staff.

Very well located, but rooms are very small, the double bed was small and the mattress not comfortable. Parking management is complicated and not efficient. Staff speaks German but no English. Wifi was good, and breakfast was good too. The ground floor room had a very close up view on the wall and windows of an office building.Contrary to what they advertise, rooms are not sound-proof and you can hear people chatting in the next room or the corridor.

Great location, very nice and smiling (especially female) service, nice, clean and bright rooms.In our bathroom, minus for the shower and the tap in the sink. Water was pouring from the shower tray all over the bathroom. The doors in the shower tray did not close properly, and in some places they did not even reach the floor to stop the water. Water from the sink splashed everywhere.Overall, I recommend it.

Modern hotel in a great 2nd row. Very close to the beach. Some rooms have a balcony, clean and modern. Great breakfast, nice and attentive staff. We would no longer book half board as dinner time is from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. There is usually a soup and a main course...You don't have a choice between either and you don't know beforehand what is available. It was tasty but not so nice for us.We would book this hotel again but only with breakfast.

We had a family vacation for 8 days. Excellent location of the apartments (somewhat removed from the embankment and noise, but located relatively close to the beach). Pets are allowed. Very good breakfast. Extremely friendly staff.MINUSES:- parking. Very narrow passages. If one of the guests parked the car poorly or parked a longer car at a turn, then there is every chance of not getting into their place or leaving the parking lot.- shower in the room. This miracle of technology is depressing. It is impossible to set a comfortable temperature. The water self-regulates from boiling water to winter swimming. The drain in the shower is not installed very correctly, as is the cabin itself. After taking a shower, the entire floor is covered in water.- kitchenware. In principle, everything is OK. There is everything you need. The only thing that confused me was the 10-liter saucepan, which the low-power stove boiled for 2 hours.- Despite the location 10 km from the German border, it is difficult to communicate with the staff in German. They don't measure up. English is a little better.- we had room 102. The balcony overlooked the emergency exit of the neighboring hotel, where local employees had set up a smoking room. Everything was drawn into the room.ATTENTION!People whose navigator leads from the Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego street. There is a sign at the turn. The locals boldly turn under it. We drove directly in front of the police car. I had a very unpleasant conversation with an unfriendly employee.

The terrace we had was a disaster. The chairs were covered in verdigris. You couldn't sit on it. There was a chair that you could use. The lawn was artificial turf and there were deep holes underneath. You had to be careful not to twist your ankle. Very dangerous when you first enter. Was also unkempt. The bed is too small for 2 people. I was afraid that I would fall out.

We only give the second star because of the delicious breakfast and the lovely waitress, who served all the guests quickly and with a smile! We would have rated breakfast alone 5 🌟. That was it...The room was a complete disaster! A mini room with a 140 bed! Which definitely meant no relaxation for two sturdy, adult people! Ground floor, but window without tilt function 🤦♀️🤷♀️...so we thought we were suffocating in the night 🤯there was a huge stain on the curtains, about 30 cm. .looked like coffee, or someone was sick 🙈.TV: only one channel☝️at first we thought the remote control was broken, but nope, there was only one channel✌️...Luckily we only booked one night there .. for 110 euros... we suspect that the room is intended for employees... Dear holidaymakers, give this hotel a wide berth before you end up staying in the broom closet... we have stored the car at the campsite , which we heartily recommend.

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel this year. 1x family room with separate bedroom and 1 deluxe double room with balcony. The double room is a disaster because you got a room with a terrace instead of a balcony and this small garden was so unkempt and dangerous that you can hardly believe it. Weeds and holes everywhere under a green carpet. You couldn't even open the patio door at night, so it was really stuffy in the room. There is also no closet for clothes here. Our family room was okay at first glance. Except for a broken handle in the shower cubicle, a broken door that was covered with adhesive tape, you couldn't even find a glass in the mini kitchen and the chairs on the balcony were horrible too, you had to make sure they didn't tip over Lamp flickers and the television only works sometimes. The room wasn't even cleaned, although I personally don't think that's that bad. Nevertheless, a broom in the room would at least be appropriate so that you can sweep from time to time. We also knew the breakfast was much more varied from last year. This year it was the same every day. So for the fact that we paid 1/3 of the price at the same time last year, the price ratio this year wasn't right at all. The hotel is simply overpriced and offers little in return. Nevertheless, praise to all employees who do more than their best.

Everything was great. Food was absolutely fantastic. The only “high level whining” was that there was no alternative to dinner for children.Rooms small but nice and very clean.Staff very friendly. We'd love to come back 👍
