It is a great wellness hotel, located very close to the beach, that offers everything you need to relax. All the employees were extremely nice and accommodating. There is a point deduction for the rooms. The rooms have facilities for air conditioning, but unfortunately there is no air conditioning, which we would have needed in the hot temperatures because the sun heated up the room all afternoon. I had a wonderful week with my mom and we felt completely at home in the hotel. Thanks for that!

We had a great stay at the Parkhotel Hübner. The hotel is wonderfully located and the beach is only a few meters away. The breakfast service is particularly noteworthy. The ladies were very friendly, authentically attentive and incredibly guest-oriented. And the omelette is one of the best my husband and I have ever eaten. Thank you and we'll be happy to come back. :)

You're in the middle of the center, not far from the beach and the train station, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the center

Relaxing feel-good atmosphere with very good, friendly service. Located on a side street just five minutes from the beach and the promenade in front of it, the house offers peace and quiet, an excellent breakfast buffet, the first-class indoor pool and a varied cuisine with a good wine list. Among other things, culinary souvenirs are recommended. The picturesque Warnemünde, shops and the harbor can be easily explored on foot from here and the train station can be reached in around twenty minutes. - I will be very happy to come back.

Beach hotel is really on the beach… and the wellness area is bright and on the fourth floor…. It's okay and practical here... But I still didn't quite understand the price/performance ratio for one night... But high season and booked at short notice are probably the reasons….

Hubner Park is less than a block from the beach front. It is the sister hotel to Hubner Strand which is directly beachfront. Services and amenities are about the same in the two hotels, except the Park doesn't have water views and is a little more budget friendly.Our room was large, airy with good king bed, excellent shower and toilet room. Buffet breakfast was very good. Spa with steam room and sauna and indoor pool is included for guests and is great. Pool not heated, but it is indoors. Room has a safe and towel heating rack, which i use to dry sink washed laundry. Walk to the beach is no problem; it is very close. There are numerous hotels along the beachfront. This pair of hotels seems like the nicest. We stayed for a few days before a Baltic cruise. It was a good choice. Warnemunde is fun , typical beachy town. But the Baltic sea is not swimmable unless you are a walrus.Very minor, but a few critiques for future improvement: No tea kettle in the room. No English TV stations/news channel. Excellent hotel overall. I would return.
