Very bad hotel. We checked in, went upstairs and found the cleaning ladies sitting and smoking in our finished room. Without opening the window, something like that doesn't work.Mattresses worn out

Good for older people aged 60 and over. All employees in the lobby, dining room, cleaning and in the spa and wellness were very, very friendly. And because of our friendly and fun nature, it was always fun for both sides.So tip from me, just smile.😃

This was our second time at the Kurhaus Sobotka. The rooms/apartments are clean and functionally furnished. Above all, the price-performance ratio is right. We booked full board, there was something for everyone, but not suitable for vegetarians. We were satisfied. The employees in every area are very friendly and helpful.There are 5 stars for the great location. 10 minutes, my partner has walking difficulties, from the promenade/beach.

It was okay. The breakfast was pretty underwhelming for vegetarians and you pretty much can't sleep with open windows because the street is super loud in the morning. But the small Sauna was very pleasing and relaxing. :)

Hotel Sobótka, great location, lots of greenery, very close to the promenade and the sea. The service is very nice and helpful, you can check in before the hotel day. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is white. Breakfast is a large selection of vegetable snacks. Great coffee and cake. Dinners are varied by week of stay there were no repeated dishes. I highly recommend it,

Very good location, close to the beach and promenade, 15 minutes' walk to the ferry crossing. Tasty breakfasts, very nice hotel staff, ladies at the reception helpful in every matter. I recommend this place.

The rooms are nice, small but nice, instead of a completely useless TV, a refrigerator would be better, there could be a small table on the balcony. Dining room breakfast varied, only the bread was never fresh, it seemed like it was from a plastic bag from the previous day, otherwise good, not much place to sit when the hotel is fully occupied, in this case the staff does not even have time to replenish the food. The worst thing that could have happened during the entire stay was the reception staff, although you were very lucky, you had a lady who worked as a prison guard, we were unlucky that when we left the hotel, we had to let the receptionist finish reading the book first before she noticed us, that was it extremely humiliating👎 we did not receive any papers to leave the hotel nor did the lady want to check the number of cards returned from the room.

I don't recommend going there for dinner or any other meal, the food is typically home-cooked, although tasteless, the service is unpleasant, the ladies seem to be working there as punishment

I was in a sanatorium with my husband. We are very pleased with the service and meals. The food was very good, the portions were just right, there was no need to eat extra. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. During my stay, it was my birthday and the management gave me champagne in the room with wishes. I recommend

The location is ok, the service is nothing to complain about. I visited my parents there on vacation. Let me tell you, the building was recently renovated, but on the outside. The bathroom needs to be refreshed, its standard is from 15 years ago, the beds are also old. There is no fridge or kettle in the room. It's neat, but I think you could find something more interesting for this price.
