We had booked a family vacation. When we arrived we were given apartment 35. A large holiday apartment basically. Unfortunately there are many flaws.The window in the bathroom couldn't be closed, the window frame was black. The ceiling in the bathroom was wet and moldy. Silicone on the shower is partially missing, shower door broken. Bedroom adjacent to the bathroom, the door doesn't close. There is also a draft in the room under the attic window. The kitchen, yellow window frames, stove broken, some parts broken. Should leave the kitchen as clean as we found it. It's a joke. Other rooms are advertised on the Internet that have been newly renovated. You should do the same in the second house.There are no points for this. So not recommended

Rooms are simply furnished in a spartan manner. The room smelled unpleasant and I couldn't ventilate it because there was a swarm of wasps flying around outside the window. It's probably more like Montouer's accommodation. There was noise in the stairwell all night long and doors were slammed. So I wasn't happy, the price was definitely too much for one night.

Unfortunately, we only half liked this accommodation. At the described main arrival time of 4 p.m. no one was present, the key could be taken from a safe after a phone call. The fence on the "fenced terrace" described on the website up to that point was missing, but we found that important for our dog.The boss, who we asked about both things the next morning, reacted very rudely and didactically. When she calmed down, she agreed to deduct the extra charge for the dog as compensation. However, when she billed us for the room, she charged us almost €200 too much.We would have liked a little more professionalism.The room was otherwise ok and the breakfast was very tasty. In the bathroom the ventilation made unpleasant noises and there was a bit of noise. However, after the experience with the boss, we no longer felt like discussing this with her.

The location is very out of the way, we were there for the first time and were completely disappointed. We had a broken stove where the water didn't even boil and dirty dishes, the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was also dirty. The rod where the shower head hangs was also loose and broken. The service was pleasant and the people are all very friendly but still a complete disappointment and expected more. We actually wanted to have 2 separate beds but only had 1 double bed and a sofa bed where we didn't even have proper pillows. It was definitely our first and last time there

Very nice, newly renovated room, delicious and extensive breakfast, friendly staff and a fair price. What more could you want for a stopover?The only small point of complaint: the mattress was significantly too soft for me personally. But of course that is completely subjective and in no way detracts from the good overall impression.

We were there for the second time and were thrilled the first time but unfortunately not this time. It started with us getting a really bad room that unfortunately wasn't clean at all and the furniture was so bad that I would have liked to drive away. But I thought I would call the accommodation and spoke about it directly and was helped immediately and offered another room the next day, which we also took in the main building.Thank God everything was perfect except the smell in the bathroom was strange.In any case, the cleanliness needs to be revised, and the rooms and house 3 were not acceptable for this price.

We discovered Pension Elmenhorst online and were quickly impressed by the prices. The small accommodation with a terrace seemed perfect for our stay, however we had accessibility concerns as we were looking for wheelchair accessible accommodation.We called to get more information. It was easy to reach us by phone and we were advised not to take the apartment we had originally chosen because it was not wheelchair accessible. Instead, we were offered alternative accommodation, which was not advertised on the internet.We arrived a few days later and decided to use the arrival day to visit the zoo in Rostock before moving into our room. When we arrived at the property around 4pm there was no one on site and we had to call to get the key.When we entered the room we were surprised by a strong smell of cigarettes. The smell was so intense that we had to immediately open all the windows and ventilate them, which only partially helped. We also discovered that the room recommended to us did not have a terrace, which was disappointing for us.The facility did not meet the expectations raised by the internet presence. The furniture was worn out and the hygiene left something to be desired: we found dirty cutlery and pots in the cutlery drawer. The mattresses were sagging and the pillows were uncomfortable. In the bathroom we discovered black mold on the tiles and a clogged drain.The TV remote control was in an unsanitary condition. The next morning I initially wanted to complain, but decided against it as it is difficult for wheelchair users to find alternative accommodation at short notice. Instead I wanted to pay, but to our horror they suddenly charged €19 more for energy costs than originally agreed.In addition, we noticed that we had not received a booking confirmation, which made it difficult to lodge a complaint. I also overheard a phone call from another guest wanting to book accommodation and there was no mention of any additional costs.After a lovely day at the beach we came back late in the evening but my wife felt unwell and couldn't sleep. This led to us wanting to leave early. At this point the reception was again unmanned so we had to put the key in the mailbox.In summary, I can only advise everyone to think carefully about whether they should invest a little more and go to a hotel or another holiday apartment. If you still decide to book this accommodation, be sure to receive a booking confirmation or an invoice. According to the law, there is an obligation to issue an invoice in accordance with Section 14 UStG.NEVER AGAIN!

We stayed in this guesthouse for an overnight stay before we went on the cruise ship. Location very centrally fixed to Warnemünde Rostock Bad Doberan and Co loves leaving the windows open on the main street unfortunately not that possible wants a lot of cars our room was facing the street breakfast buffet for 12.50 € is a top human resources manager, super friendly, always happy

A cozy guesthouse with a focus on fitters. As a family you are treated very nicely and warmly, but you quickly realize how the money is earned. Perfect for sleeping and breakfast is also recommended.

Very nice hosts. Very clean. We spontaneously decided to have breakfast on site at 7:30 in the morning. It worked out perfectly.There is play equipment for the children (climbing, slide, toys.) We had a holiday apartment. Fully equipped and there was underfloor heating in the bathroom.Lots of storage space for things.Free parking directly at the house 🏡It is about 2km to the (rocky) beach.Accommodation highly recommended. WE WILL COME BACK.
