We generally found the atmosphere very nice and our stay was completely fine. Especially the check-in on August 23rd. was very friendly.Unfortunately, I remember a negative encounter. We were there on August 24th. for breakfast and I got plenty of melon. After the second time, one of your employees looked at me strangely and pointed out that the melon was also intended for the other guests.I understand where the idea comes from that you should leave something for the other guests too. But the principle of a buffet is that you take what you want. In addition, my fellow travelers are dependent on a vegetarian and lactose-free diet for health reasons, so fruit was the only thing we could eat from the buffet that morning, as there was no lactose-free milk or similar available. You should also keep in mind that we charge €15 per person for the buffet. have paid. For this price, you could theoretically eat at least 2-3 whole melons, so we didn't understand why we were already reprimanded after two plates of melon. Don't get me wrong, if the employee had politely told me that the melons were for everyone, I wouldn't have minded. I was just a little surprised that she relies on guests to eat in a certain way and that if you step out of line, you'll be told straight away.I would be happy to receive a short response, or I would like to know how you as an operator view the whole situation and whether that meets your requirements. Unfortunately my email was not responded to at all.

Nice hotel, but the staff seems slightly overworked and the rooms are a bit shabby. I also ate dinner in the restaurant twice and on both days I didn't get what I ordered.

Hotel ratingOverall, we had a mixed stay at the hotel, where we noticed some positive things and some negative things. We would particularly like to highlight the waitress who served us in the restaurant on the first evening. She was extremely friendly, attentive and made the evening really pleasant with her service. Unfortunately, this positive experience was limited to her as the rest of the staff seemed rather distant. The rooms are functionally furnished and offer the essentials for a short stay. However, we would have liked an area outside the restaurant that invites you to sit and linger. Unfortunately, there is no comfortable retreat where you can stay when you are not in the room or restaurant. The wellness area was also disappointing. This is widely advertised in the hotel description, but is only open until 1 p.m. on weekends - especially if you want to treat yourself to a little more relaxation. In addition, the rest of the hotel environment appears to be getting old and many areas seem to be no longer used. All in all, we had a stay with ups and downs, with the waitress on the first evening definitely making the best impression.

Now we don't want to exaggerate with the praise.Dinner is really mediocre with ready-made potato salad or overcooked frozen vegetables. The employees are thrown together, as is usual after Corona...Some rooms have no couch or no seating at all, but only 2 beds. So: OPEN YOUR EYES!
