We had booked an arrangement and wanted to take a little break. Sauna and swimming pool were included. We didn't find any bathrobes in the room. We were able to borrow some at the reception, but we had to pay a fee of 10 euros each, which is completely fine. But we also had to pay 10 euros each for cleaning. I find that outrageous. The rooms were okay, except for a small light that didn't work and cobwebs with spiders had formed in one corner of the room. What I also didn't like was that you had to decide on a time for breakfast and dinner. When I'm on vacation, I want to decide for myself when I want to have breakfast and dinner. You are then bound by time. I also didn't like the fact that you have to pay for your room and all the trimmings upon arrival. In the same way, you have to pay for the drinks you get at the bar. There is no way to have it written to your room. There was also nothing on the internet that was built there. The way to the hotel wasn't easy to find. If we had known this beforehand, we might not have booked. I'll be there again in November with friends for a wellness weekend, let's see if it's still the same or if something has changed.

We were on a short vacation at the island hotel,There's nothing to complain about,Staff very friendly and attentive I was surprised on my birthday, the breakfast is excellent there is something for everyone, the rooms are very tastefully decorated,The WiFi doesn't work properly in the back rooms, but no matter put your cell phone away 😀 and time for each other 😉The wellness area is sufficient for swimming and sweating in the sauna,🫠we were very satisfied and will be back,

A great hotel, unfortunately a bit out of the way, but if you're looking for peace and quiet you'll get your money's worth. The staff are all friendly and breakfast and dinner are great.There is still a drawback. If you want to shower around 8 p.m., there is only cold water. It's not until around 11 p.m. that the heat comes out of the pipe again.

We were here with 2 children and had a wonderful holiday.The location is nice and quiet.We didn't find the beach in Gollwitz that nice. It's better to cycle a little further.There is a great pool with sauna.The food could also be a little more child-friendly. At least our home cooking didn't taste that good. Nevertheless, the selection is very good and you can find something to fill you up.All in all, top value for money.

Nice rooms, pool and sauna are available. The food tastes good and is offered as a buffet. Unfortunately, I personally don't like instant coffee. But maybe other people like him even more. For dinner there is free beer and wine in the buffet.But we got to witness the literal battle at the buffet. That was pretty intense. I think the buffet was too small for so many people. Something was always missing and the staff couldn't keep up with it.The location of the hotel is great, 5 minutes to the beach.

There was a lot of choice of food and we tried almost all the dishes... the dishes we tried were all very tasty. Kudos to the chef. All the employees are very friendly and have patience with the holidaymakers. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼However, I have to complain about one thing: wireless charging is advertised, but it is not enough up to the rooms. We were always forced to submit our videos and pictures in the lobby...which we didn't find very nice.

This was our second time at the island hotel and we really enjoyed it again.The rooms are bright, friendly and clean.The breakfast buffet was rich, with something for everyone. Likewise the evening buffet. The staff very friendly and helpful.If you want to slow down and relax, Poel Island is exactly the right place.We'd love to come back.

We spent 4 days here with great weather. The room and the whole house are very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied. The massages in the house were very good! The location is nice and quiet and a good starting point for various excursions. Dogs are welcome! For my birthday I was surprised with a reserved breakfast table and a champagne. We really only found one tiny point of criticism: the breakfast coffee was very thin... but that's also a matter of taste. We can definitely imagine visiting the hotel again.

We had a wonderful week of vacation at the island hotel. Thanks to the good weather we were able to have breakfast outside and also eat outside in the evening. The food was very good, and nothing was missing at breakfast. The room was very nice and also large. The staff was nice. The location on the island is good and great for bike tours. Timmendorf 9 km, Schwarzer Busch is also a wonderful beach and just under 4 km away by bike. The cycle paths often lead through the forest along the coast and are good. We were absolutely satisfied with our week of vacation and will definitely come back.

We spent a very nice holiday in the island hotel, we had a nice room and good food. The location is ideal for beautiful cycling tours. The beach is quiet and close by. 5 minutes walk. We'll definitely be back!

We've just come back from vacation. Rooms are clean and modernly equipped with a mini fridge, TV, and what I personally liked - the clothes horse! Parking for a small fee! The beach is just around the corner about 5 minutes. Breakfast & dinner is plentiful (buffet) and we enjoyed it! The staff was courteous and helpful - we had a lovely holiday and would love to come back.
