Rooms ok..unfortunately no fridge or air conditioning.. breakfast only at 7.30 a.m. for early risers, no coffee. An alternative would be a kettle or coffee machine.

The management style of the Parkhotel leaves a lot to be desired. The director was not up to the task in our case, he was incompetent, very rude and his comments were low-class. For this reason I would not book the hotel again and would definitely not recommend it to others.

The images are more appearance than reality. A double bed with a hard wooden edge in the middle, an overpriced breakfast for 23 euros per person - you can confidently recommend any bakery here, and the dinner is based on frozen food and wants to rip you off. It's best to just book another hotel.

We booked the Parkhotel in Putbus as part of a short weekend trip to Rügen. Our overall package included 2x rich breakfast buffets, 2x dinners as a 3-course menu or buffet and a day ticket for the Ahoi Therme Sellin.Arrival was unproblematic and there were enough parking spaces available, which could be used for an additional charge.The rooms were okay overall, but nothing special. Unfortunately, our bed was made up of 2 beds and the wooden frame was in the middle, so in my opinion it is less suitable for romantic weekends. Personally, I unfortunately woke up on the wooden frame and therefore didn't have the best night's sleep. The bathroom was fine.We took advantage of dinner and were hoping for more. In the low season, dinner took place at 5:30 p.m., which unfortunately could not be postponed. Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant time for tourists because the day was so broken up. We therefore couldn't attend our second inclusive dinner and went out to eat.Unfortunately, the buffet was not offered in the low season and the 3-course menu was unfortunately more ready-made and frozen food. For €23 per person you are certainly better off eating out and avoiding the disappointment.The breakfast was described as a rich buffet, but unfortunately it was not a buffet in the classic sense, but a plate with toppings, a bowl of oatmeal and a plate of jam. It was okay, but nothing spectacular for €23.50 per person. Anyone who has high expectations will also be disappointed here.The staff was very friendly, but often couldn't help us because the boss always had to give confirmation and was often unavailable. In any case, we had the feeling that we had to follow the staff when it came to our inclusive offer, e.g. B. our thermal bath ticket and welcome drink. I wish the staff had been more accommodating.We would not recommend the hotel. We had the feeling it was simply too expensive for the performance.Addendum: The operator accuses me of being harmful to business and would like to delete this review (minus 1 star). According to him, I was never a customer of his hotel. Luckily there are bills. My rating is an excerpt from reality. If you focused on quality, I would rate the hotel better. However, a beautiful building is not enough. Maybe you should take the guests' criticism seriously instead of deleting posts that you don't like.

Arrived with 5 people!On the first day, 3 complained and the staff were made aware of it with confirmation that it would be taken care of and it was passed on, the bed was sagging and there were noises with every movement!Window didn't close properly, room faced the street!Noises were so loud, as if cars were driving through the room.The staff said every day of the 2 days of stay that it would be taken care of...On the 3rd day, the departure, the (boss) spoke to him, who only came with stupid excuses like, why did you only come on the departure day, complaining!Or why not use the digital reception where no one responds anyway!By the way, the button is just decorative and doesn't seem to have any function or is deactivated!Internal communication between the staff doesn't seem to exist, or it's probably part of the concept to stall the guests when they have problems or not to react, which other guests also confirmed in conversation, at the loveless breakfast!Maybe it's also because hardly any of the staff can speak German or English and the "boss", unfortunately, just bullies and is unreasonable!There are cheaper and nicer alternatives on Rügen!By the way, there is no staff in this hotel at night after 9 p.m. and if there are any problems, you are on your own, topic: ring the bell at reception!

InadmissibleWe arrive at reception, the receptionist is not patient and does not explain to us. She tells us to pay 9€ but we don't know why. Later we come back and ask. They explain that it's the parking fee and the tax. However, I booked with Agoda and it says I have already paid this amount. No effort to try to speak English. We disturb them.The towels in the rooms are tiny.I do not recommend this very expensive hotel for the service received. And its location is not necessarily the best for visiting Rugen. I paid 130€ for a single night for a lousy hotel.Modification: ATTENTION, the owner asks that I delete the comment.

Unfortunately there are more negatives than positives that we saw with this hotel. We can therefore NOT RECOMMEND it as an overnight accommodation!First the positive:+ sufficiently large parking space+ very tasty chocolate cakeNegative:- Staff only speaks broken German, so proper communication is difficult- Flyer in the room with a QR code for ordering is a good idea, but it was poorly implemented. Ordered at 7:50 p.m., no food arrived at 9:15 p.m. I then had to go back down to the restaurant, where the employee told me that she didn't have access to the system and my order hadn't arrived. The kitchen closes at 9 p.m., so it was not possible to order again. After a short discussion about the fact that I had actually ordered over an hour ago (luckily I had taken a screenshot of the order), she went into the kitchen and took out a frozen pizza and put it in the oven. The price for the bland and dry pizza is way over the top at €14, but at that moment I was just happy that I still got something to eat. When I checked out, the employee told me that they mainly accommodate older people in the hotel who are not familiar with the technology and so they have switched off the system - but then you also have to take the flyers out of the room!- The stairwell, which serves as an escape route, could not be used during the entire stay because the door handle was broken.- The three skylights in the room were all warped, making them very difficult to close. In addition, they were all full of cobwebs and dirt, and even some of the frames were moldy!- Next to the bed, on the bedside table, there were leftover food from the previous guest, which is simply not possible!- The bed was full of black lint, which is immediately noticeable on the white bed linen- The walls were scratched and dirty everywhere- There are 4 USB sockets with 5 volts (NO NORMAL ones) on each side of the bed - the idea is good, but the route of the cables to get there is just botched!- We didn't dare use the wardrobe because the screws had almost fallen out of the wall- The television was only attached to the wall mount with 3 of 4 screws (the third screw was only loose in the guide)- The door to the room was warped so that there was a large gap below the door handle and as a result you could hear everything and everyone in the hallway- On the day of departure (Monday) from 6:30 a.m. there was a constant banging of the doors and then the vacuum cleaner was turned on and it felt like it was hitting the walls- Breakfast was okay, except that you have to pay extra for drinks (except coffee and still water)
