Super cozy hotel if you don't value luxury. Ideal location. Great with a dog. We'll be back. Room great. Parking spaces so-so. Food in the restaurant was also great.

The hotel is nice - breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Good and varied.My bathroom was renovated and quite large - but the room was quite small.There is no elevator - which was difficult for some people. But the staff is helpful

We stayed in the hotel for a week. The hotel is very rustic inside and out. Rooms and furniture are getting old. Wear and tear on the equipment is clearly visible. The condition of the bathroom is functional, but the fittings, trash cans, etc. urgently need to be replaced or cleaned more thoroughly!! The daily cleaning of the rooms is superficial and inadequate. Dust was not mopped during the stay. Only on two occasions was the bathroom cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast is sufficient. However, you won't find any variety. The staff during breakfast is very unfriendly. A “good morning” was not returned every day. We cannot give a recommendation, as other 3 star hotels also show that things can be better.

Hey, first of all I would like to say value for money, yes it's pretty good and since we arrived earlier than planned (time), we were still allowed into the room.2 nights with the best autumn weather, so we were outside a lot and not in our small room, where you almost fall into bed as soon as you open the door :). It was okay.But my impression: No attention to detail (e.g. room key with a red plastic label for the room number, a ceramic sign or a mini lighthouse etc. would also work), outdated. The handle for the heater and heater itself had cobwebs, otherwise it was clean for my standards. German-speaking staff either not available or too expensive? But the staff was always very friendly. Only the office is staffed in German in the mornings for paying and handing in keys.Breakfast okay, price-performance level, nothing special, regional or homemade, I would think everything from packages. It's a shame, especially on the coast, a homemade herring salad etc... Fruit and vegetables available in the morning. I think everyone can get enough.My conclusion: It is intended to make money where the guest is not the main focus. And as many complained about here:Parking situation catastrophic, not for SUVs when full. You should be sporty enough to be able to get in and out of the passenger seat if necessary :).Based on the reviews I read, I saw it as an adventure getaway, so as far as the hotel was concerned I was prepared for a lot and it wasn't as bad as expected. But at the moment I don't know whether I would book here again or recommend it to others. I just miss feeling welcome in this hotel - but that is also a personal feeling.

Visited the Störtebeker restaurant for the first time today. The reception was very friendly, our dog was allowed in - we got a "thumbs up" for that, the food was delicious and the service was just great (very considerate, very nice)... We would love to come back and can only recommend a visit . Super!!!!

We were grateful to receive a double room at short notice. It was even equipped with an additional bed for three people, which we didn't need. The breakfast was very rich.However, there were hardly any German-speaking service staff.

Rating of the restaurant…Four tables were occupied, all others were free. We sat down (it was 7:30pm) hoping to order food like we always have in recent years. At some point the waiter came to explain to us in a mumble that the kitchen was already closed... Hello, 7:35 p.m., are you serious? You don't open until 5:30 p.m....

Spontaneously spent a day at the sea and wanted to have dinner in the restaurant. The quality of the food is okay. The waiter was quite overwhelmed with himself and his guests, but he tried to cover it up with his intrusive manner. Apart from that, Graal-Müritz has a mercilessly overcrowded beach and the prices are outrageous in some places.

I'm not reviewing the hotel here, but rather the beer garden in the inner courtyard with food, which is advertised from the outside with a lot of advertising. At the front there is a large poster and a display case with advertised food. As residents here, we sat down and waited. Were the only ones outside and nothing happened. So at some point I went in and asked Ali, who was playing on his cell phone behind the counter, if we could order something. Ali's answer was what room number we have. I said none. Answer that the restaurant is only for hotel guests. Bomb location. Then why front advertising? Snot shop

We feel really comfortable here. The hotel is in a very quiet location not far from the pier. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and room service was available every dayBreakfast was completely sufficient, everything you would expect at the buffet was there.If you are looking for a good price-performance ratio, you have come to the right place, we will come back.

We were there for 2 weeks, simple clean rooms with a large bathroom.You can park directly at the house, there are 2 e-charging rooms. The beach can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.The breakfast is rich.

We spent a week in this house, which was torture, because in the house they try to make the maximum profit with the minimum possible effort, which is a guess based on the way the owners behave. The only thing that was good in the house was the breakfast, but the chairs in the breakfast room were so uncomfortable that we tried to get breakfast over with quickly. I doubt whether the owners themselves have ever sat there to eat food?The price-performance ratio is not customer-friendly, which starts when you check in and everything that is explained to you in a military tone, which is not standard in the hotel, is quite interesting. You can only pay in cash or with an EC card and you generally have to pay the tourist tax in cash. When I was pointed out that I generally pay with a credit card and that if I had booked through a major global booking portal, they would also have to accept the credit card, the awesome answer came that you would only accept credit cards from foreigners - it's amazing, Germans are being discredited here - but Then came the explanation that foreigners sometimes drive without thinking about the bill they have to pay, which just happened on the day we arrived, which could then again be seen as xenophobic. Continuing with the credit card, we were told that as the boss it would be too annoying for her to keep track of everything, since the credit card companies only paid once a month. Well, I had to swallow it and then, when we asked the question, we were told that additional dishes in the hotel restaurant generally cannot be added to the room bill and as a further note we were told that cash payment is only possible in the restaurant, which is not included either EC card payment possible. My opinion on this is that the House has not been properly informed that credit card fees have not been as high as they used to be for several years, because the EU has capped them and they are trying to collect every cent in cash so that there are no fees and just to haggle. This can also be seen from the fact that payments with EC cards are made with a signature and not with a PIN and I know from my self-employment that the fees with a PIN are higher. So, here too we count down to the very last cent.Now to the room, which shocked us. The house from the outside is in a wonderful old bathroom style, but the inside is pretty neglected, but the architecturally beautiful house could also use a little color from the outside. In the room we immediately saw that there were thick cobwebs hanging in the corners of the ceiling, but in the room itself all the corners were cleaned and there were dust mice in every corner of the room. The bedroom under the bed hasn't been cleaned for at least six months and we had to pull it slightly away from the wall to get to the socket behind the bed, which we would have been better off leaving alone because it caused pure disgust. The fittings in the bathroom are the cheapest and aren't even attached properly. In addition, the bathroom smelled of dried urine all week, but it wasn't ours.The towels appear to be old, but are no longer white as they might once have been, but rather have a gray tinge.This week a dust mouse also moved towards the center of the room, which was only spotted and removed after five days.Now to the television, which you can call a joke - 17 inches - and then it can only have ten television channels and two radio channels and all of it analogue, i.e. interesting programs like RTL, N-TV, etc. not to think about it and how we then The next day we saw that the house doesn't even have a satellite dish, just an analog antenna, which is rarely seen in Germany and something like that can be called a three-star hotel.
