Unfortunately we were very disappointed, the room with a dog was much too small and ragged. The pool was closed for two days and there was no compensation, e.g. sauna for free, nothing 10 euros per person, everything was way too expensive. The crowning glory was the parking lot 15 euros per day and so narrow that we preferred to park outside for the same money. Unfortunately we can't use the hotel recommend too bad

I'm a bit surprised by the opinions, when I came here I had a very negative attitude after reading the opinions. Currently, we have come for a week's holiday, I must emphasize that breakfasts are served in the form of a buffet (you put as much as you can and eat whatever you want. The breakfasts are really tasty and there is a lot to choose from. Moreover, the rooms - in my opinion, are of a good standard (non-dented mattresses, high beds) the furniture is undamaged and in very good condition, the bathrooms are also clean and undamaged. The indoor swimming pool is great. Moreover, there is a parking lot nearby - we pay PLN 60 for a good one, but it's in the same center and there is a paid parking zone everywhere that it's worth coming and seeing for yourself. The reception, restaurant, elevator + patio are renovated - it's really very nice here.I recommend

Nice hotel in a good location near the beach and promenade! Spacious rooms, but a little bad pressure in the shower! Spa in the basement with pool, hammam and regular sauna. …

We were on a short vacation in Świnoujście from July 24th, 2024 to July 28th, 2024. We had previously booked another hotel which wasn't good at all. We spontaneously asked whether there were still options available for the day. The lady at the reception was very nice and the hotel can only be recommended. Great rooms with a great breakfast buffet. Very good location and quick access to the beach. Great wellness offer at fair prices. In-house swimming pool. Any time. Thank you for the great days in this hotel, our days were very nice and saved.

I do not recommend, all food in the restaurant is prepared from expired products, everything that remains after breakfast is used for breakfast the next day, the kitchen is unsanitary, the owner is not adequate, she forces the cooks to process the discarded product

Unfortunately, this spa hotel is not worth its price at all! At first glance it's great and if you look closely... lots of defects. Some of the tiles on the balcony came up and there was all damage to the cupboards and doors.Price for the food is way too much. Breakfast was ok but some guests didn't get any more rolls (not even when asked)I'd rather save the comment for dinner. You couldn't choose between two dishes as it was written there. The pool generally has very ridiculous opening times... and then when it was supposed to be open we went and found a pool with a cover. So first go back to reception so they can open it. Then he was very cold!We went to a spa hotel specifically and were really looking forward to massages. When we asked about an appointment, we were held back until the next day. And the next day we were informed that the masseur was sick all week and therefore nothing would take place. So annoying!!! Nothing was offered from the house other than compensation or anything like that!!The reception when we checked in wasn't exactly friendly either. And parking is also overpriced at 15 euros per day.The area and the short distance to the sea were the only positive things! So really not recommended!

By far the worst hotel I have ever experienced. The rooms are ok, yes you can live with them, but they are far too small. The beds are sagging. Lots of flaws and damage. BUT THE WORST is the anti-social service. When we arrived we weren't even greeted, all they asked for was money for this and for that... The pool is only available for a few hours a day and is far too cold and if you want to use it you have to ask first if it is open. What really screwed everything up for us was that we went to a SPA hotel and asked for massages. THERE IS NO MASSeur because he is supposedly sick. SO AND AS A GUEST THAT DON'T CARE TO ME I COME HUNDREDS OF KILOMETERS THERE. No replacement or alternatives were offered. NOTHING at all NOTHING. On the first day we packed our bags and went back home. All the other German guests were more than just PISSED.THE FOOD IS PURE HORROR. Breakfast is just what's there and if someone eats it all, that's just the way it is. Dinner is super disgusting. 2 pieces of shoe soles with mustard sauce and 5 mini potatoes just JUST BÄH.Parking spaces are really expensive and extremely difficult to drive on.Worst hotel on site. BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

The hotel is supposedly 3*, but in reality it is 1*, the entire facility is staffed by 3 people who are responsible for everything (swimming pool, cleaning, kitchen, spa).We booked a hotel and for the first time we found out that the sauna was an additional fee and there was no information anywhere!Additionally, a mini parking lot for PLN 60 per day, small rooms, bathroom with shower 1.5 m x 1.5 m, I measured with a tape measure! The price exceeds the comfort, it's not a hotel but a motel for Germans who like such rooms, i.e. cages :)

Hey, I think the hotel is great for its 3 stars. The breakfast is okay and the staff is nice and friendly 😋The room facilities are as described. As a special feature, I found the selection of TV channels and the Smart View functions on the Smart Tv to be great. Unfortunately, there are also a few negative things: the water from the tap is extremely contaminated with clohr, so we didn't dare go into the spa area. However, the sanitary areas could use a little craftsmanship.
