I recommend this resort, the hotel, the rooms make you think... but there is a very nice sauna, Baden, jacuzzi, playground, barbecue area under the nose, Ladybug Rossman, dividing house, busy because of the market, but after 3 p.m. it's quiet. The food is very good, a great selection.. so I think the price is adequate. ..Noe's room, nice toilet, not so much, but hey, we have luxury at home... and we're not in our rooms anyway..

The standard of the rooms is poor but acceptable. The service was great, as was the location and spa area. I'll be back.

Nice but outdated hotel. If you like it simple and like to eat well, this is the right place for you.Price/performance is completely okay.

Negative:The facility and the rooms are very old and have been anything but professionally renovated.Positive:The room was clean. The food was great, breakfast and dinner with a large selection of different dishes, just great. The wellness area was very clean and modern.Price-performance is simply great, but with these low prices you obviously have to make compromises. You really get a lot for your money. Gladly again.

That hotels like this are allowed to operate, without words. It's in such a great location and they don't take care of it. The hotel is a few meters from the German border and has many German guests, but none of the staff speaks a foreign language. Everything that other guests have already described, e.g. bed sheets that are too short, has not been resolved. The bathroom is a nightmare, a lot of things are broken and way too small. The furniture in the rooms is otherwise OK. Since there are no carpets, you can hear every time someone walks over you. Since dogs are allowed, you can of course hear them too. There is no service as the food is served buffet style. It is filled up quickly and I think there is something for everyone. At the reception you could be friendlier and more attentive, but why, the guests can wait as long as you talk to the colleague. The room attendants (cleaning staff) are the worst. They scream through the house, like to hit the walls with their vacuum cleaners and do a lot of things to make you feel uncomfortable. The best thing was the fridge in the room. There was no electrical outlet where it stood to plug it in. One thing is for sure, we won't be coming back.

Rooms are getting old, so you didn't dare go into the bathroom, the sink was cracked, there was mold on the walls and the door, the toilet seat was dirty, etc

A center in the style of the late Polish People's Republic, adjacent to the border bazaar. Heavy pedestrian and car traffic. There are broken corners in the rooms, extension cords and cables hanging on the wall. A center offering rehabilitation stays not adapted for disabled people. Two- and three-story buildings without an elevator. There is no information about this on the center's website. It is not possible to purchase additional treatments. SPA open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, and brine pool available without restrictions. Very poor steam sauna. Before entering the dry sauna, there is no information about the rules of using the sauna. Frequent arrivals of patients in wet suits or swimming trunks without a towel to put on the bench. This causes unfavorable comments, especially among foreigners who use the sauna. Good cuisine, large selection of dishes. The only thing is that there are not enough coffee machines and you have to wait a while in the queue. 750 m to the sea.

The name is definitely misleading - it is not a Spa Hotel but a rehabilitation center. Three stars are definitely too much. The rooms are clean and tidy, but the bathroom definitely needs improvement (ugly and in need of renovation). Breakfasts are definitely a plus. Very large selection. We lived in building B. We had a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi at our disposal
