I really loved this place for the night I was there. I only booked for one night in case it wasn’t good quality, but then I tried booking for more nights after that and it was full. I wish I could have stayed longer. It is very cozy and quaint. The husband and wife who run it seem very polite and helpful, and they both speak great English. There are also various animals in the area, though they are never too loud, and that added to the homey feel of it. As for the location, I really liked that as well. You are within walking distance of various sightseeing places, and there are tons of restaurants and cafes just a couple hundred meters away. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting an affordable place to stay in Ubud.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, traditional building in the very center of Ubud. Great building, wonderful garden, walking distance from temples. Adding some fruit and croissant for breakfast would boost. Perfect wifi and Netflix. Thank you!

A very good accommodation experience. As a solo traveler, this hotel is safe and comfortable. I recommend their junior suite which is very suitable for living alone. The location is also great, it's not noisy at night, and the air conditioning works very well.

Highly recommended as a cost-effective hotel in Ubud!!2 adults and 1 child stayed for two days. I arrived early in the morning and after two nights, I had an early morning eastern tour scheduled on the last day, so I looked for a cost-effective hotel with relatively comfortable rooms. Not far from central Ubud.I arrived at the airport after midnight, picked up my luggage, took Klook, and arrived at my accommodation at 2 am... As mentioned in the review below, I had to drag the suitcase for about 10 meters down a narrow alley, and it was both heavy and scary. I was disappointed (to the point where I really regret choosing this accommodation), but I was worried about how they would check in, but the owner kindly checked me in.As you can see in the picture, the room was very spacious and with the air conditioning turned on, it immediately became comfortable. The warm water came out well and the shower filter was in good condition. The cleanliness was also pretty good. The two double beds were spacious and the mosquito net had an interior effect like a princess bed, which my child loved. There were almost no king ants that we were worried about, and instead a cute little lizard greeted us (on the wall outside the accommodation).When I woke up the next day and looked around the accommodation, the traditional Balinese houses and trees were just beautiful. The alleys that were scary the day before were okay. (The whole of Ubud has this kind of atmosphere!) The Ubud Palace, Ubud Market, and Starbucks were nearby, so it was enough to get a feel for Bali.To give an overall review after staying for two days, I highly recommend it to travelers looking for accommodation under 100,000 won (as of January 1-3, 2024). If you are expecting the room conditions of a modern hotel, you will be disappointed, but if you want to experience the life and environment of the Balinese in the center of Ubud, I think this is a truly satisfactory accommodation for this price.Additionally) This is an accommodation where you are likely to be forced to wake up to the sound of birds and other natural sounds in the morning. Breakfast is not an option, so I will omit the evaluation of the breakfast!

Beautiful place but the service is poor. They pursue you to pay in advance,we even had to stop having breakfast to pay. Nice rooms but no privacy with the windows. Breakfast included is just ok.
It's a nice place but I would make it 6, not 8 stars.

Really quiet hotel (no roosters crowing, no dogs barking, no traffic noise).Ideally located to visit the main points of interest on foot.The staff is very attentive, always caring.The breakfast is excellent, the banana pancakes are fabulous!You can donate your laundry to be washed (taken, washed, ironed, folded, returned for €1/kg).The manager put us in contact with a great driver who we kept for a good part of our vacation in Bali.To sum up, everything was perfect! If you consider cost-effectiveness, it is worth staying there.The rooms and bathrooms are clean, but the rooms are small and the location is close to the city, but you have to go down about 100 meters of alley where cars can't go.There were no mosquitoes in the room, but there were quite a few very small flies and ants, so those who are sensitive to these should avoid them.Breakfast is average and the staff are very friendly.

Lovely place, situated down an alleyway, which made its central location quiet and inviting. I had a lovely small villa set in a gorgeous garden and woke each morning to the sound of birds, not motorbikes. But what made it terrific, apart from the great value for money, was t h e caring attitude of the staff, who were helpful on arrival and then just called by each day to check everything was OK. I felt very secure and very well looked after.

Stayed for 3 nights. Located in center of Ubud but the hotel is at walking distance from Main road and the streets are very narrow so only two wheelers are accessible had to carry our luggage. Lots of insects and mosquitos at night. Good housekeeping. good place for a few days stay.
