Oh, what a pretty maritime hotel with lots of fine, old wood - I'm completely in love.We slept very well and had a wonderful breakfast in a great atmosphere. And the strawberry jam is the best on this planet.

The hotel has a parking lot at the back. The breakfast buffet is completely fine for 3 stars. Some of the rooms are very small and very warm. Staff is friendly. We would have been happy if we had been asked how we liked it when we left and wished you a safe journey home would be ok.

I can't say anything about the rooms; because I like to have dinner there and I'm from the townThe food is very good, the portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh and the price is right. The staff is very friendly.

Needed accommodation for 2 nights at relatively short notice and found it here.Price/performance is fair, for short term both the room, the breakfast and the price are reasonable.Wouldn't have any concerns about booking there again.

An older hotel in the middle of the old town, on the left is the harbor and on the right is the market. There are many beautiful churches all around. The room was small but quiet and the breakfast was completely sufficient in the historical atmosphere. Staff very friendly.

Nice old city hotel, very centrally located. 5 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 10 minutes to the harbor. Own parking space. Room not big but sufficient. Gladly again!

The hotel is in a perfect location, check-in went smoothly, everything was great. Our shower stool, which we ordered by email, was in the bathroom.Unfortunately our room wasn't that clean, the corners were very unpleasant, cobwebs, very dusty, would be roughly cleaned after a complaint.The breakfast was quite enough. I don't think we would book it again.

Our late arrival was well organized, we got the key from the safe using a code. The room was small, but not cramped as it was intelligently organized. The furnishings match the whole house, not overly modern, but homely. The joints in the outdated shower cubicle could be descaled, but that only damages the look and not the showering experience. Everything was spotlessly clean and that's what matters.We found the restaurant, where we only ate breakfast, overwhelmingly beautiful with its old, high-quality wooden paneling, almost like a captain's cabin. The selection and quality of the food at breakfast surprised us, absolutely great smoked salmon, the finest homemade herring salad, regional sausages, great cheese and fresh, delicious bread. Perfect for us. The boiled eggs were still warm and not blue, the tea and coffee were very tasty and the ladies from service and reception impressed with their North German charm, including the young boss. We will definitely come back, absolute recommendation!

A very nice house. In the middle of Wismar. We were just eating here. The food and service were very good. We would be happy to come again at any time. Located in Wismar and can be reached quickly on foot from the market square.

Even though the furnishings in the rooms date from the 90s, all I can say is:* everything absolutely clean * very friendly staff * a varied breakfast buffet.The super central location on the edge of the old town makes the hotel a great starting point for an eventful short trip!

Sweet, rustic hotel in the old town of Wismar. Very warm staff with North German charm. The breakfast could have been a little higher quality for my taste, but ultimately it's not the Astoria. In terms of cleanliness, it's okay and we felt very comfortable.

We ate there again yesterday after the Corona period. Herring salad was okay. Unfortunately, my food wasn't. Fried potatoes were burnt and lukewarm, the flounder were sober. I was very disappointed, only the nice service made up for it. We will probably avoid this restaurant from now on.
