We felt very comfortable in your house and would come back at any time. The location of the hotel in the beautiful old town directly at the new market is perfect. The hotel and the rooms shine with their cleanliness and very good facilities. The rooms are very spacious and there is nothing missing in the fully equipped kitchen. The service staff in the breakfast room is very attentive and courteous. The breakfast is varied, fresh and tasty. It offers everything you can imagine in all designs and variants. The housekeeping staff is also very attentive and responds to all requests quickly and easily.

It is a very attractively furnished hotel that, despite its central location, is very quiet. The staff is very child-friendly. Little guests are given just as much attention as the big ones. The mini kitchen in the room is functionally equipped and practical. The entire house was clean and the staff were consistently attentive, friendly and competent. The sights are on your doorstep and a shopping street, which, in addition to the well-known brands, also has small individual shops, invites you to stroll and browse. In the off-season, the shops were clearly busy. Everyone there was also very hospitable and child-friendly.I can really recommend the hotel and a trip to Stralsund.

Located in the city center, there are many restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. It is a very new hotel, but the room is carpeted and there is no air conditioning. It will be very hot in summer. It's quite comfortable in winter, but not recommended if you're allergic to carpet dust mites. There is a small kitchen in the room where you can cook instant noodles, but there is no kettle. If you want to drink tea, you have to boil hot water to make tea, which is a bit inconvenient. I'd rather have a kettle than a coffee machine. Kitchen utensils need to be cleaned by yourself, otherwise an additional cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged. Breakfast is not cheap either, 25€ per person.Probably because it was advertised as a hotel apartment, no one cleaned or tidied the room during consecutive stays. When checking in, you can register online first, but you need to enter the information again on site. Originally, it should be the work of the front desk staff, but it has been changed to the guests themselves. This is considered a four-star hotel, but I think the service could be improved.

A hotel worth recommending, right in the center. Breakfasts are very good and everyone will find something for themselves. A big plus for warm rolls with seeds. Large underground parking for 12 euros per day. A hotel worth recommending for a weekend city break. There is a kitchenette in the room.

Were here for 3 days with our mutt and basically felt very comfortable. The only thing was the poor water pressure in the shower. If it is room-related, please adjust again in 317.An additional note for arriving in summer. I can imagine that the rooms can really heat up. Definitely keep this in mind, for me it wouldn't work without air conditioning. In my opinion, a hotel of this category must offer air conditioning in every room.Otherwise great location, everything within walking distance.

Good location.Hotel garage: better go to the 2nd floor. The rooms are nice, you sleep well on the mattresses.Attention: the technical elevator is loud and annoying! The main elevator is quiet.Breakfast at €25 per person Very expensive. We favored the Junge bakery, 150 m away.Overall, a recommendable hotel.

The elevator doesn't go all the way up...It's a simile that fits well here. We booked a "luxury apartment" which was located on floor 4 and the lift went to floor 3. A bit difficult to get to for me who uses crutches. There was no information that the apartments were on one floor without a lift.Once inside the apartment, the refrigerator was not on, there were no bedside lamps and several of the ceiling lamps were broken. It didn't feel very luxurious…The entire apartment was completely painted white with a brown carpet and the number of paintings/posters on the walls amounted to zero. In other words, it wasn't very cozy or cozy in there.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, at least not the apartments that are my reference.Your answer that there is information on the website about the apartment being on the 4th floor is not correct! Why haven't you responded to the comment about the lack of bedside lamps. We lived in apartment 407, where the escape route in case of fire would be via a skylight up to the attic! It has felt like we have been part of a big practical joke during our stay with you. That you can't admit your mistakes speaks even more to the wretchedness of the facility than the accommodation itself.

Choose something else! No, this is not a luxury hotel which they consider themselves to be.The rooms are completely impersonal. The elevator does not go up to the top floor, which is not stated anywhere when you book a room. The refrigerator is not switched on upon arrival. The promised view of the city consists of a wall and the roof of the house opposite. The person at the reception is possibly a robot, as impersonal as the dreary room.Choose another hotel if you're going to Stralsund, it can't get more boring than this.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️What a fantastic stay! As soon as I arrived I received a very warm welcome. The breakfast was simply great – so varied and delicious, there was something for everyone! The service was really outstanding, always friendly and attentive. The rooms are not only stylish and comfortable, but also sparkling clean. You simply feel comfortable and in good hands. I am thrilled and am already looking forward to my next stay! Absolutely recommended!
