The houseboats in the Marina Kröslin are very quiet with a great view of the harbor. The houseboat Wollin, in which we stayed, is very well furnished, is clean, there is nothing missing to spend a wonderful holiday here. The harbor area is also very well maintained, washing machines etc. are available. A small shop and a shop that offers baked goods are within walking distance. However, it MUST be mentioned that there is a spider problem on these houseboats. A lot of spiders nest here in May / June and from September / October. Everything, including the boats, is covered in cobwebs. As darkness fell, tons of spiders appeared from the cracks in the wood and rappelled themselves onto the table and chairs. So it was totally uncomfortable to sit outside in the evening, especially since we had wonderful summer temperatures. If someone doesn't have a problem with spiders, have a nice holiday 😉 The landlord should definitely take action here!

Unfortunately we only give it 3 stars. We booked and paid for 6 people. When we arrived there were only beds made and towels for 4 people. A very, very nice gentleman looked for bed linen and towels with us so that we could also make the other two beds. Another negative point was actually the much praised cleanliness here. The small shelves at the headboards of the beds were not allowed to be pulled out. Everything was dusty and covered in cobwebs. In general, there were cobwebs and spiders everywhere, which was quite a challenge for me personally because I have arachnophobia. We cleaned the handrails on the stairs because they were very sticky. Otherwise the houseboat was a dream. Very well furnished and we didn't miss anything. We can really recommend the houseboat. Since we have already criticized these points on site, we assume that the cleanliness will also work.

This is a wonderful place to unwind! Our house Annea was very tastefully decorated. There was really nothing missing! The kitchen is extensively equipped including a filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hand mixer, magic wand and induction cooker. The beds are incredibly comfortable. By the way, there are insect screens on all windows. A firecracker wagon is also on site to make it easy to transport luggage or shopping onto the jetty! I had breakfast in the small local bakery. But that’s a separate review… 😊

Apart from a few little things, we felt very comfortable in our Floating House Classic in the marina. The surroundings are fantastic and very quiet. The house itself was equipped with everything you need. Nothing was missing, there was even a dishwasher, something we don't know from other floating holiday homes. The beds/mattresses are extremely comfortable.Unfortunately, an in-house handcart is no longer offered, but thank God we had our own with us.Apparently everything was cleaned well, but upon closer inspection one or two things weren't cleaned optimally. The seating on the terrace could also be made a little more comfortable. The simple plastic chairs weren't very inviting or comfortable and the wobbly wooden table had seen better days. But these are things that can hopefully be easily remedied, so I could imagine a “second time”.

The floating houses are great, the atmosphere of the harbor and the views are great. The boat was very clean. However, the service is not friendly and welcoming. Very stoic way of communicating. And we had agreed that a sofa bed would be made in the living room with bed linen. But that wasn't done. When we spoke to reception the only answer was: "We put the sheets on another bed, it costs 25 euros". If you didn't find it, that's not our problem. No discussion (there were no instructions and we didn't find anything). One of the most important things, the Wifi password, was not mentioned in the welcome pack. Flexibility and customer focus are obviously foreign words. Although there was plenty of space, one of the cars could not be parked on site. Why only deposit by card, then complicated old-fashioned payment by bank transfer? Conclusion: Great houses, great location, customer orientation and communication could certainly be improved.
