Really nice hotel with a great sauna area. Even as a non-golfer you can feel very comfortable here. The breakfast buffet is also worth highlighting, there is simply nothing missing here.

We were guests at the complex for the second time and were generally very satisfied again. Unfortunately, you have the feeling that the staff has no identification with the company. Everyone is always friendly, but there is also a lot of standing around and chatting. There is rarely anyone responsible voluntarily. The room cleaning takes place at a different time every day, which is very difficult to plan with a dog. On Sunday then only at 5 p.m.So food top, rooms top, golf course top, sauna and pool top, staff capable of expanding.Oh well, the steakhouse we were really looking forward to was, to our regret, closed for the 10 days we were there. (staff shortage)

Anyone who wants peace and quiet is in good hands here. It's a beautiful facility, especially the location on the backwaters. We cannot attest to a good price-performance ratio. You get more performance for the same money in the area.

Spontaneous booking in the desired suite was possible without any problems. Two dogs and two children with 1 adult. The Gin Tinic Bar has extremely friendly staff, good food for in between meals or as a main meal.Pool and sauna clean, golf course very well maintained, breakfast everything your heart desires.Here and there some improvement or renewal could be done in rooms and bathrooms (toilet lids without soft-close mechanism).Nevertheless, all in all recommended.

Beautiful and quiet complex with very well-maintained golf courses.The staff at the golf club are very courteous and friendly. IndividualRequests are no problem, overall very service-oriented 👍.Dogs are very welcome here and there was a welcome treat in the apartment.The apartment was well equipped, but the bathroom was quite cramped.The breakfast buffet was excellent and very extensive. Breakfast with a dog was possible in the pavilion 👍.The service in the panoramic restaurant in the evening was very disappointing.With the exception of one employee who was very friendly and competent, the other employees lacked organization and professional competence.The employee at the bar, which is very nice, was more concerned with the television program than with his guests. Only after request was it possible to wipe and clean the table. No trace of interest or motivation.The steakhouse has a very nice atmosphere.Unfortunately, the beef goulash resembled a soup with ingredients and in no way corresponded to the price of €24.00.There was no meat at all. Upon request, the meat was delivered without any problems.The employees here are nice, but unfortunately there is a lack of professional competence here too.Conclusion:The hotel impresses with its beautiful grounds and nature.There is great potential in the service area to meet the demands of a 4 star hotel. Accordingly, the price-performance ratio is not appropriate.

The Hotel Balmer See is beautifully located. The rooms are a bit old, but they are still impressive in their cleanliness. We had our dog with us and he also received a small “welcome package”. Class!The spa area is equipped with several saunas, a large and a smaller relaxation area, which is also a small salt cave. A small point of criticism here is that you can hear the hum of a pump very loudly in the salt cave. We found this disturbing.The indoor pool and the outdoor natural pool invite you to relax.Both dinner and breakfast were excellent! Especially at breakfast no wish was left unfulfilled. The service was always friendly and courteous, even when there were many guests on site.In summary, we will definitely come back!

Great location and totally quiet!Top for golf fans, in a class of its own.The hotel is a bit old, but despite everything it is clean and tidy.The service is great and absolutely friendly 👍By the way, the breakfast is sensational 😋

Greeted unfriendly and dealt with in 2 sentences. Then I dragged the suitcase up 2 floors. No elevator. The entrance area and the rooms look like they are from the 90s. In our opinion, it is absolutely out of date compared to other hotels. The spa area and the golf course as well as the old school restaurant were good.

We were looking for a quiet break and consciously chose a hotel that was a little far away from the Baltic Sea beach. After a three-day stay, we go home feeling very refreshed, despite not playing golf ;). The staff was always courteous, tried hard and very friendly. The treatments in the SPA area were very good and the facility offers a lot for relaxation but also for active people. The breakfast was also rich and offered a wide variety. Thank you for the lovely stay! See you soon!

Very good food. Staff seemed a bit over the top. Drinks took longer than the starter, spoons were missing from the starter soup. Waiter made an unfriendly impression. Not again.
