Been there again after 5 years.Reception very nice and friendly. Staff always friendly and helpful. Nice room with balcony. Bathroom great. Dining room very nicely done. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. The evening buffet was delicious. It's great to serve your own drinks such as beer, wine, soft drinks and water.Only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Well located starting point for other leisure activities. Whether with a bike or a racing Roland.In the winter garden you could relax with coffee and cake at a very reasonable price or recover from a long bike ride 😅.Will vacation here again👍

We enjoyed a really nice 3 day break here. All employees give 100% to ensure that guests and dogs feel comfortable. Starting with the reception, catering service, kitchen, ladies' rooms... We also really liked the modern wellness area. We will definitely visit this beautiful hotel more often. Laprador dog Luna didn't want to go home and says THANK YOU very much.Keep it up, Fam Hahn, Seitz.

Extremely good location, just 5 minutes down the beautiful city promenade to the white Baltic Sea beach. I had a single room that was definitely sufficient for me and my dog. It was clean and the service was good. The breakfast buffet was really rich and varied. There were also small variations in the offering every day. I was satisfied. The price was appropriate for the location.

Yes, the hotel 🏨 is in a great location.The beach is about 20 minutes away. But a tourist train also runs regularly almost to the beach.We really like the hotel and the staff is very friendly and tries to give advice.Thank you ❤️

This hotel really deserves the name family and health hotel. We were looked after excellently, from the reception to the kitchen staff to the room service, everything was very well organized! The food was excellent, our room (comfort room) was simply great! The peace and quiet that you need on vacation and the sauna in the evening really rounded off the wonderful vacation! We have been to Baabe many times, to Villa Sano for the first time and we have to say definitely not for the last time. We were just thrilled and went home completely refreshed after a 10-day stay. The rooms are small but nice, you don't need anything more since you're out and about all day. For our dog there were food bowls and a treat at reception as well as a blanket. That's really very nice. We were completely thrilled with the breakfast and dinner buffet, there was absolutely nothing missing and we definitely left with a few extra kilos. We found the entire staff particularly outstanding, as they are so authentically friendly, courteous and nice. We are really looking forward to the next time and say thank you so much and keep doing the same!

This was the second time we were guests at Villa Sano with the family.We had a family room, i.e. 2 rooms with a double bed with a connecting door. The rooms are small, but have everything you need, are clean and well maintained. There is also the option of booking connecting rooms with a sofa - perhaps recommended with small children.Breakfast and dinner were always varied and plentiful. Even our “picky” daughter was happy.The children can do crafts, paint, play and run around in the “Villa kunterbunt” for an hour, which ours were happy to do. There is also table football, air hockey, board games and a PlayStation.The employees were nice and courteous at all points.An all-round successful holiday, because this time even the weather was right.We'll be back!

This was our second time here and we would book again and again. Highly recommended. The beach (200m), shops and attractions are very easy to walk from here, but excursions by car or similar are also easy to reach. Food, service, ambience...everything was top 👍. Everything is just right here, which is why we have been loyal to you for years and are traveling to Villa Sano for the 12th time this year. Our children always look forward to their vacation with you, also to see the many familiar faces of the team and to see the friends who also vacation with you every year. You are a really great team, very attentive, friendly, helpful and very committed! There is something for everyone at the buffet, and allergies and intolerances are also catered for. The path to the beach is not far and many excursion destinations are easily accessible.Keep it up and stay as warm as you are! We have recommended you many times and some of our friends are already repeat offenders ;)Kind regards from the Lange family
