First: If you book through the hotel website, access to the wellness area is included. If you book via Booking.com or a short break, you pay the same, but you have to book the wellness area as well. Parking spaces both at the house and on an unpaved area behind it. The location is great, right on the beach promenade, just a few steps from the beach access.Overall a very disappointing holiday. The room description on the hotel's own booking website promises "double bed, minibar, some with balcony or beach promenade" for the single room. The single room has a single bed 80 - 85 cm wide. There is no mini bar. The room is at the back, overlooking the parking lot. When I mentioned this, I was told, "There are no single rooms with a double bed." No apology, no accommodation. In principle I could have lived with the room, but I expect that I will receive what the hotel promises on its website. Rooms basically without air conditioning. Some rooms also under the roof.Minibar: According to various statements from the staff "There have been no minibars for 3 years, you are the first to notice"; "The minibars are being abolished, but I can have a look on Monday to see if we can find one." "The minibars are no longer replaced if they break." It might have been possible to have a minibar dragged into the room if one could have been found somewhere. Either there are some, then they have to be in the room, or there are no more, then you don't write it in the description. But there is still a lonely glass in the room.Wellness area:Exaggerated description. There is a small sauna with terribly creaky benches and a mini steam room. You have to switch both on yourself using the instructions provided. Plus four loungers in an underground room with mini windows at overhead height. The swimming pool has a few more loungers and a beach chair. The swimming pool is 10 m long and there is also a mini corner in the pool with a whirlpool function that can be activated for 2 minutes by pressing buttons.There are 6 (women's) and 8 (men's) lockers in the changing areas, some of which are very difficult to move and not all of which have keys. There are no hangers for it, just a few hooks. Cupboards look so dirty that you don't want to put anything in them straight away.One day the women's changing area smelled unbelievably of urine. On another day, the entire sauna area smelled of feces, as if it was coming up through the drains. Caretaker only available during the week.Rooms at Residence Vineta are not wheelchair accessible. Access from the front via two stairs, access from the back via at least 3 steps until you reach the first elevator in the basement. Mini elevator, 1.5 x 1.5 m. The wellness area is therefore not suitable for disabled people, as no ground level access is possible.If you travel alone you can have bad luck when it comes to food. If you arrive at the wrong time, there may be no tables available, although there are clearly still tables available in the separate area of the "Vineta Lounge". You will then be asked to sit down somewhere. I'm already paying for more than one person in a double room, so I would also like a table for myself.Would I stay there again? No. Every last bit of money is squeezed out of you for maximum sufficient service. The facilities (especially the wellness area) seem worn out. Descriptions on the website do not correspond to the reality on site.

Never again!!! Everything is pretty worn out. Bad service. Food also leaves a lot to be desired. And first of all the rooms, absolutely not recommended. Normally no guest should stay in this “hotel” anymore. That was the last time!!!! I'm definitely not coming again...

Wow, I've never experienced anything like that. This is absolutely not a 4* hotel. Minibar empty, 2 glasses in it, then the shower doesn't close properly, it squeaks everywhere, especially the bed, no comfort in bed, furniture old and worn, carpet dirty, the spa is supposed to cost €9.50 if you go through hotels. com books, but is only open until 8:30 p.m. Absolutely unsuitable for business trips, there is not even the option of paying a lower price at 7 p.m. if you only want to use the spa briefly. Only the location is beautifully situated. Parking for €3 is fine but why not include all the fees? Here 3 and there 5 and here 2.50 and there almost 10 euros adds up. So many people complain about it to Hotels.com, but management doesn't even care and they don't even respond to reviews anymore. I hope that more people finally get upset about such behavior. Once and never again, absolutely not a 4* hotel!

Very friendly staff who limit their actions for cost reasons.Rooms very sterile and loveless for such a house. House bar empty and not even a bottle of water in the room upon arrival. Shower is very old and the rubbers are already black.

We stayed in our favorite suite at the Hotel Vineta in Zinnowitz for a few days. 🌞I would particularly like to emphasize the warmth in the ala carte service. Everything fine. We had a large room with a sea view. The food was great (great breakfast). Staff was nice and friendly. Pool was always clean and there were always enough towels. The location on the promenade is ideal for quickly going to the beach or for a walk through the town.

I think the hotel has seen better days. I had already booked last year and everything sounded great. We were accommodated in an adjacent building. The rooms are mostly clean, but unbearably warm and without air conditioning. No balcony where you could sit in the evening. The pool could only be used for a daily fee of around 9 euros, which I have never experienced in a 4-star hotel. Location to the beach is great. We had half board. The food has potential, breakfast has little choice and the same thing EVERY day, at some point you can no longer see it. The tables weren't set for any meal, it had a bit of a youth hostel feel to it. The staff was friendly, especially Britta, who tried to make everything as pleasant as possible. The hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars. The associated pub opposite is really cute. We will definitely go to Zinnowitz again, but not to this hotel again.

Very friendly reception/staff, is right on the beach, there is a large children's playground in front of it and the food (breakfast and dinner) tastes very good.The room is a bit small, but more than enough for a great vacation, as you travel a lot to explore the area. The cleaning is very attentive and the room is cleaned every 2 days.Parking lot directly in front of the hotel or the 2 other houses that are next to it.

Directly on the beach (2/3 houses). Friendly staff, although they sometimes have a bit of trouble understanding German. But it only happened rarely. In some rooms there is even a New Testament. Strong!
