Very friendly welcome, good advice on all kinds of questions. The room service was impeccable. The staff friendly and always helpful. The restaurant very good. Special praise to the chef. The service first class. Always open to special requests. The stay from 09/16/24 to 09/22/24 went by much too quickly. Thank you very much

We were there in September in summery temperatures. Our “double room de luxe” was under the roof.  So... The price for this accommodation is absolutely not justified. The room was an oven! The room (including the bathroom) has a total of 5 skylights. However, only one window was equipped with an insect screen. So nothing with proper ventilation. If you did have the courage, you were punished with a plague of mosquitoes. No air conditioning, no refrigerator in the room. We couldn't determine what was "de luxe" about the room. For us it was a normal room with a double bed... The room was large, but part of the room can only be used as storage space due to the sloping ceiling. The breakfast, which was so lavishly advertised, was not that exciting. Breakfast times were from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. When you went to breakfast around 8:45 a.m., everything was pretty much eaten and only sparingly refilled. The staff was, with a few exceptions, very Nordic cool... On the whole, the hotel is not recommended, especially older people (with disabilities) have a problem here, no elevator, no help with bringing luggage to the room. The location is absolutely top for beach goers. Walk about 50 meters and you have the Baltic Sea with a beach in front of your eyes. You can also explore a lot by bike. The disadvantage is that you can only lock up your bikes (if you want) until 5:30 p.m.  No more staff will be available later. With high-priced bikes, this can cause problems with insurance in the event of damage. Conclusion: I don't think all the supposedly good reviews (especially on the various booking platforms) are justified and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We ate in the restaurant this evening and it was okay, but for 4 stars, the glass was broken and you can't pay with your cell phone if you don't have cash with you. Good luck...I cannot delete the review, document number 87220I would also like to add that the cost of changing side dishes is not noted on the menu and it is not pointed out to you

I found the hotel good. Definitely reasonable in price. The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean, the bathroom was renovated and I received a friendly welcome. The location on the beach is hard to beat. And it's not far to the bus either. You can drive to the Warnemünde ferry or, in the other direction, overland to Rostock.

You could always find something to complain about...We found NOTHING!SHORT DESCRIPTION:A small hotel with a prime location, with a restaurant that serves excellent food, not far from Warnemünde (...you can easily reach it by bike), a fantastic place for a short break (...which we already do from time to time to take)! We would also like to thank you for your flexibility and we would be happy to come back!

The location of the hotel is absolutely top 👌.Breakfast was very plentiful, the rooms are clean and tidy. Our daughter was called a brat by the owner because she left the entrance door to the toilet ajar... that's not acceptable in my opinion.

Great location right in front of the dune. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms always clean. Free parking. You just have to have the room number at the parking lot, that would be great. And everyone would have their own parking space.
