n a 17th century building I have to live with certain peculiarities. The fact that the floors creak and the steps are worn is part of the charm of the house. The fact that the elevator regularly doesn't work and the WiFi can practically only be used in the lobby area is more annoying.Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was quite comfortable, maybe just a little low.Half board takes place in a neighboring restaurant as the hotel had to temporarily close due to a lack of staff. Unfortunately the choice of food is limited. Always one dish and a vegetarian alternative. The starter and dessert with no choice. A selection that is not always appropriate. Beef roulades with red cabbage and dumplings in summer at 27° is strange.The staff at the hotel is very friendly.

The location was very good and the suite was nice and big. That's it for the positives. The fabric on the sofas was defective, the wooden table had stains, telephones were removed and the shower hose in the bathtub and shower didn't fit the fittings The water drain in the shower was blocked. The mattress protector in the double bed was stained and the bed linen was also stained (blood and urine) and torn. Breakfast for €25 was very expensive and we were advised against it because the quality did not correspond to the price. So Four stars, I imagine something different. Unfortunately, here it's just a pension feeling.

A beautiful place a gl. castle that now has to be demolished to be a hotel, what a fate. You can spend the night peacefully, good service, a good bed. sleep. There is little noise, many buzzing voices sound through the walls

A hotel that is unfortunately getting old. The rooms are worn out and need modernization. The bathrooms are equipped with high shower trays. The large entrance staircase does not have a handrail, making it difficult for people with walking difficulties to enter the house. Presenting breakfast in the winding cellar vault isn't a good idea either. Everything is confusing. Unfortunately not recommended at the moment.

Rooms simple, mattresses very soft, room service (cleaning) lousy, breakfast sufficient, garden and terrace loveless (room for improvement), location: place is affected by vacancies, good connections to other places such as Ludwigs Lust or Schwerin. The app I booked from didn't send the information to the hotel correctly. I don't know exactly whose fault it is...We would wait long after the check in time because there was a wedding and the rooms were not cleaned in time.I wouldn't say, because the cleanliness was up to the standards I was used to in Germany, unfortunately.The breakfast at 9 o'clock was poor, and there was obviously no refill.Monday morning we had a year of running water...strange and complicated for a hotel.The hotel area and the surrounding landscapes are wonderful, for a break from the road it is recommended. Maybe all this happens only on weekends 😜

We had our room in the attic of the castle. The furnishings matched the hotel, but there was no smoke detector in the room. The service was okay, even if the cups used in the room were cleaned, but the beds were not made. The breakfast is "improvable", we have had a much better breakfast here for similar overnight prices.

The one star is awarded for the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast. The room was really borderline. The extra charge for an extra bed that is too small for any adult is not justified and unfortunately the furniture was so dirty and disgusting that I was reluctant to sleep in the bed, let alone use the sofa at all. Unfortunately, my side of the bed was so sagging that I woke up with back pain.

Good service especially at the reception, some upholstered furniture urgently needs to be replaced, joints in several showers should be freed from mold, insect protection against mosquitoes and spiders is necessary, basic cleaning of furniture/panels and windows and curtains is necessary, 3-course menu from cooperation partners is not possible recommended. There is a lot of potential that needs to be invested in.

The first impression is paramount in a hotel. Here you arrive at some anonymous door, which in no way seems welcoming. At the reception, things went completely wrong. The receptionist, who hopefully has better days, came moaning and complaining after some time. Slowly, with another 5 loud groans, we were shown our room, a junior suite at 180 euros a night, with breakfast.It turns out that there were no towels in the room, nor the promised air conditioning, dressing gown, bath slippers, beauty products etc. At the reception, we try to get in touch with the receptionist, without success. Another guest has been waiting a long time and is slightly irritable. We choose to return later. When we later get in touch with the receptionist, the message is that there are no more towels and that we can get some at the earliest the following day between 10 and 11. As we had plans to drive no later than 9, it was rather problematic. For the same reason, we also skipped the hotel's spa, even though we had paid, but spa without a towel... Of course it's a shame to have too few towels, but then she could have found a tea towel in the kitchen, a sheet or something, but there was nothing to fetch.The room was large with a beautiful stucco ceiling. The furniture Ikea style, the bed so bad that the back and hips still ache. A top mattress of reasonable quality could probably have removed the feeling of springs in the pork. The bathroom was small and acceptable.The breakfast was in dirty but cozy surroundings. The selection was very classic.

Absolute disaster. Wedding night was NOT an option.Rooms dirty, cobwebs and dead flies... sinks "rusty"... beds worn out. Breakfast was an absolute disgrace... scrambled eggs were a laughing stock...Cot with stains and holes...No thanks.

Rooms are getting old, but OK.What was really wrong was the room service. There was no one to change the towels or the glasses on any of the days, let alone make the beds. It just doesn't work, no matter how poorly the external service works. The public hallways were also full of cobwebs and dust. Very unfortunate.The breakfast was really very simple and without much choice, but quite sufficient.
