This hotel is really very nice and has everything you need, your wishes are responded to very quickly, nice pool and saunas. Hotel room very clean and beautiful furnishings, the view from the room is a dream! I am more than satisfied, thank you!!!

Our room was really big and beautiful. Because the hotel is on a mountain, with a really beautiful view. The breakfast and evening buffets were very fresh and deliciously prepared and prepared. I'll definitely come back.

A very nice hotel! Well located, view from the tower is gigantic, sunset is really recommended. The cuisine and service are at a very good level. I would say wellness was also good, nothing extraordinary, except the view from the Finnish sauna of the Baltic Sea - really great!All in all a very successful holiday!

The kitchen and the buffet do not come close to the standards of the hotel, or are in no way worth the price. 40€ per person for a lukewarm buffet whose quality reminded me of a 3 star hotel on the Mediterranean.

I booked a short wellness vacation in this hotel for my girlfriend and our daughter. This was a mistake for the following reasons.1. Equipment was advertised that was not available.The room was advertised with a bathtub, baby bed and baby bath. None of that was there. Only the baby bed was made available a day late and only after repeated requests.2. The service staff is rude and very unfriendly.The reaction was immediately rude after my friend pointed out the deficiencies to the staff in a friendly and polite manner.The error was blamed on the “marketing department” and there was no response whatsoever. For me this borders on fraud! (See photo)3. In our opinion the hotel is not family friendly.After she expressed her desire to have a bath despite the lack of a bathtub, she was simply told that she was not allowed into the wellness area with the baby. All in all, my girlfriend is made to feel unwelcome by the hotel staff.Let's see how the rest of the holiday turns out, but so far I can only advise against a holiday in this hotel with full conviction.

Absolute impudence!My friend booked this hotel through a platform and gave it to me for my birthday. He chose this hotel, among other things, because it listed a baby bath and a bathtub in its room amenities list - this was not the case. Not even the baby bed we wanted was available. When we asked, we were told that the baby bed request had not been communicated and that the baby bed and baby bath could only be made available the NEXT MORNING. When I complained about the missing bathtub listed, all I was told was that it would be forwarded to the marketing team - which was probably described incorrectly. I said that we chose this hotel specifically because of this bathing opportunity, because with a 4-month-old baby the options are generally a bit more limited. I was then confirmed again that I was not allowed to go to the spa and swimming area of the house. I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior and no accommodation at all. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone - 5 star hotel?! - I'm not laughing - they probably won it at Mario Party.

Very nice hotel with unbeatable views from the tower, where wedding ceremonies are also held.Good beds, good breakfast. However, the restaurant can get very crowded at peak times. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing in the room we had. I think it was a family room separated by a door. Through this you could hear the person in the next room so clearly that you had the feeling that they were standing in the room with you. Complaining at a high level. I can recommend the hotel. You shouldn't expect a direct beach location. The hotel is built on a hill in town.

What a beautiful hotel and what a beautiful view. Everything stylish, clean, tidy.There is a wonderful breakfast buffet and every care is taken to ensure that everything is clean and attractive. A small downside: if you have breakfast in the garden, you have to set the table yourself and look for everything (cutlery, placemat, coffee) yourself. I find that a bit strange given the price - but perhaps it's just a temporary problem (after all, since the corona pandemic, people have been complaining about a lack of staff in the catering industry...)

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our room this time. Cobwebs on the ceiling, stains in the curtains, the cot dirty and broken and the carpet has seen better days.Service, food, wellness and location were still great.

First of all I would like to say that it is a very nice hotel, with a super great view and very friendly staff. We had a lovely holiday here in autumn. The food was very good and the hotel and rooms were very nice and attractively furnished. But: two floors below us was the kitchen and the ventilation system, which ran from 7:30 in the morning to 11:30 in the evening and hummed terribly. The hotel has its own spa area but unfortunately you can only use the sauna from 3 p.m. and the pool area is too small for 130 rooms. But what bothered me the most is that you have to pay for parking. If it's not enough that you already pay for your stay and also pay a tourist tax, then at least parking should be free for such a large hotel. Especially since it is not even cordoned off or monitored and some of it is very poorly lit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Overall, the Vju is quite convincing. Nice team, beautifully and modernly furnished and of course a great view from the rooms with balconies! You really can't complain!There are just a few small points that, in my opinion, do not fully correspond to a 4-star hotel:- When we arrived, the room was not 100% cleaned; the sticky remains of the previous guests' glasses were still clearly visible on the table. Of course we quickly wiped it away ourselves, but you still expect a little more for the price. There are a lot of spiders living on the balcony, which is a bit narrow. Of course, the hotel can't do anything about it, but the cobwebs have gotten out of hand. A privacy screen between the balconies would also be desirable. Otherwise you have the feeling of sitting close together and that takes away from the comfort a little.- We knew about the parking fees of 13 euros per night, so that wasn't a surprise, but I still have to agree with the other guests' reviews. The price should include the parking space, especially since it is a simple outdoor parking space.The breakfast had everything needed. The nice, young chef also makes you a fresh omelet or fried egg in the morning. And the service staff at the morning buffet are also very friendly. So we can only recommend it!All in all a nice hotel with a central location, but the price seems a bit high to us. I guess you really pay for the view first and foremost.

Hello Team Vju, where is the joy and reliability as well as the will to give something to the guest/guests?No director in the house and the RESPONSIBILITIES are gone, everyone does "SOMETHING", but it's never really RIGHT.No greeting, good day/good morning, no smile, no, there is a problem (NO TEAPOT or TEACUP there) We don't have an answer, or everything will be abolished here.At the reception there is a gathering of employees and no one greets the GUESTS. The renovation work in the later area was very poorly carried out, the murals were simply painted over, the wall finish is missing, and the entire entrance area only has the feeling of a hospital entrance.

The hotel is more appearance than reality. Dirty carpets in the hallways and a broken socket (torn out of the wall). The table in the room was still dirty from the previous guests, despite telling the staff, the table was not cleaned, so I took a damp cloth myself and cleaned the table. The scrambled eggs from the day before were still under the table in the breakfast room. The coffee from the thermos flasks was inedible and the baked rolls and dried out bread do not correspond to a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Price-performance is not right.

I planned and booked a wellness vacation, it was simply incredibly beautiful here. Everything was right! The breakfast and evening buffets were very rich and very tasty. The hotel team was very friendly. I felt very comfortable. Thank you for the lovely days.

I was at the house for my brother's wedding. Stay was from 9/12/24 to 9/14/24.I was very excited about the stay. Be it the nice greeting at the reception in the evening upon arrival, the super nice and competent staff in the living room with their great cocktails or the nice staff at breakfast or the wedding menu in the evening. The room was also very nice. In short I have to say it was a successful stay.

I really liked the hotel.The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, new modern furniture, coffee machine, refrigerator, safe...The breakfasts are simply wonderful!!!Very polite staff at the reception and in the restaurant.The pool is generally great, the water was pleasant enough, I think 25 degrees for sure.But there are also disadvantages. Thin walls and no air conditioning. It is very hot in the room.Open windows did not save us at night and we almost did not sleep for this reason.
