The hotel is not worth 5 stars. It is a retirement and nursing home for much older, frail people with many walkers, wheelchairs and crutches. The reception is unfriendly and unhelpful. Germans are treated condescendingly. We were cheated out of our 7th lunch when we paid full board in advance. We had to pay it on the day of arrival, but we were refused it on the day of departure. The food is not worth 5 stars. Never anything grilled or fried, mainly boiled pork, boiled chicken wings, offal and always the same cheap fish. Lots of adulterated, indefinable salads, no ice cream, no real cake, just tarts decorated with cream and jelly. No head waiter to care. No waiter to bring you drinks. Only a minibar in the dining room with expensive prices for drinks that you have to carry to the table yourself.Long distances to the promenade, where you can eat and shop better.Never this hotel again and would rather Misdroy instead of Świnoujście!

Sauna and swimming pool have very good opening times, parking spaces are becoming more and more expensive, dirty carpets, breakfast is mediocre, unfortunately it has deteriorated.

The hotel could inform that it is a sanatorium for retired Germans, 99% of customers are German retirees, you can't make an appointment for a massage because everything is booked, the bar which was supposed to be open until 11 p.m. closed at 10 p.m. because it's quiet at night . Most of the staff do not speak Polish, only German and English. In short, an all-inclusive hotel for guests from Germany. From the hotel's comments, the carpets in the entire facility should be cleaned because they are very dirty. Generally, I do not recommend it, but if someone is tempted, I suggest booking a room through the German Operator (MediKur-Reisen) because it is 30% cheaper than purchasing it directly at the hotel or on Booking.

A very well centrally located hotel with all the beautiful and good opportunities to visit the city, go to the beach and walk the promenade. There is a lot to achieve on foot. A hotel with a great ambience and predominantly older guests (spa business). An all-round oasis of well-being at a higher level. I can't agree with the "standard complainers". You certainly have to overlook something here and there, but where you don't have to. And 5 stars are Polish standard. The staff and service were very courteous and there was nothing to complain about about the food and the selection. The management has to be careful that there is no backlog of repairs; here and there small corners and carpets are sometimes demolished. But it does happen. The lobby staff could be a bit friendlier, I admit. But reception and spa operations are fine. And if it's not Polish, then it's English. You're just abroad.

Employees on site are very unfriendly, hospitable, unfriendly, you don't feel welcome. The food in the Sky Lounge was inedible. We couldn't eat all the starters including soup and main course. We paid everything in full and no compensation was offered to us. We then left hungry and left everything behind. It's a shame and the location. Our children were also reprimanded for playing with the toys in the lobby that were provided for children. Hotels not family friendly. The food is subpar and the employees are very, very, very unfriendly.

20.00 euros parking fees are a complete rip-off.
