The bathroom is in need of renovation, but otherwise it is clean, towels are changed every day. The breakfast is a bit boring after a few days, but the staff is nice and helpful.

Very dirty and the bathroom smells mold because the stones in the wall and on the floor prevents water from running away. They never cleaned the room and they would have not changed the towels if we haven’t asked for new ones (dirty glasses in the room and not even a bag in the bin in the bathroom). We never tried the breakfast since the hygiene standards in the room didn’t convey confidence for the kitchen as well. Small price but not worth the saving. The location is also good in the centre but if you go a bit outside you reach everything with grab in minutes, so not worth it again.

It is super central but in a super quiet place with rice fields next to it. The path to get there is somewhat narrow but it is funny! Lovely staff and super good cleaning. There are motorcycle rentals and excursions in the same hotel. Very complete breakfast.

Very good value for money. The staff were helpful, very polite and always happy to accommodate requests. I was a solo traveller for one week and stayed in a budget room. It was quite adequate but would recomend a superior room if your budget can extend to it.Great location off the beaten track. Flat walk to Jalan Bisma.Nice pool. The manager Guste and the two Wayans were great hosts.

The first impression was actually quite okay. But then we noticed that the bed linen had stains, there was almost no water coming out of the shower and the door couldn't close properly... The bathroom also smelled like a drain and there were strange shampoo bottles in our room.What's also important to mention is that Surawan is in a good location, but you first have to walk a bit into a kind of backyard, which is very scary alone as a woman in the dark.Breakfast was okay and you could get through it... I still wouldn't come again

I stayed here for 5 nights. i had a deluxe room, and I don't recommend anything other than a deluxe. my friendbooked a room with twin beds, and it had nothing in it. No fridge no tea coffee maker just 2 double beds my room however was great: good views of the rice paddy near the guesthouse decent bathroom I didn't watch TV but a flat screen TV was in the room, a fridge, tea kettle, good ac, a nice balcony. The linens were clean except the small thing that is tossed over the end of the bed it was stained. They give you 2 big towels, and 2 hand towels you have to ask for more if you need more. The room was very clean upon my arrival. There was no maid service during my time there. The cons many little ants on the dresser a large water bug (I expected that I'm in the tropics) and the sliding balcony doors didn't close all the way. they offer breakfast daily and provide dinner for nyepti (day of silence). I had provisions, so I didn't need any food. There are only 2 floors in each building. The young man at the desk will help you get your bags to the room. Another major con is the location. To get to the hotel, get out by beer brothers walk about 4 min to the hotel along the small river. This is not good for rolling luggage, but backpacks would not be a problem. If assistance is needed, the young man was there to assist.Another pro was the location once you got it to the main street, lots of restaurant bars stores, etcWould i stay there again, probably as long as I can have room 14Lots of noisy animals but that didn't bother me

We stayed here at the property for 4 days. Unfortunately very disappointing. The room was old and broken. The bathroom smelled... no service and the pool was extremely unclean, you couldn't swim there for a minute... it's a shame, we won't be entering the property again!!!!!! Bad.........the breakfast area has little animals everywhere, where do you want to feel comfortable...we were on Gili before and this villa we had was a dream - the accommodation here should be one Cut off the slice.....unbelievable - never again....

The place is nice, quiet, well located. Very nice breakfast, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even went out of their way to clean our room despite it being late afternoon already. They really walked the extra mile to make us happy. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Just the perfect place!In the center (all central temples and trendy cafes are 5-10 minutes on foot)If you don't drive a bike yourself, you can easily get everywhere on footBut it is quiet, next to the hotel there is a small rice fieldIncredibly nice and customer-oriented employees!So far, one of the most favorite guesthouses I've ever been to!

I really recommend this place! It was the first stay on our Bali trip and it was wonderful. Close to the city center but in a peaceful place. We found peace, chill and kindness. Positive aspects: location, chill vibes, the staff was so polite, kind, very helpful. Clean place, no bugs.Amazing peaceful garden and pool. Very good value for the price! I would come back.

Genuinely greeted with warm smiles, attentive and hospitable host Gusti and his crew. The pool is inviting, the garden is well kept and breakfast is sufficient to energised. Location is superb, only 100m walk to infamous Jalan bisma street with east to west eateries and massage centres. This house is a top choice.

This BnB 3 star guesthouse is in fantastic location and tranquil. Relatively flat foot paths & easy on strolling luggages. Jalan bisma street is a 100m walk boosting many eateries from east to west and lokal alike and wellness centres at a close distance. The room we booked was mid range suitable and sufficient. For a touch of lux, apartment style is available too. Great refreshing pool and surrounded by rice paddy field. Gusti and the crew are genuinely hospitable. This Place is perfect retreat haven. Our top choice on our next visit.
