Very remote no beach holiday should be mentioned

All good so far. Beds are quite narrow and cleaning seems to be problematic. Dust on cupboards and very dirty blinds...

Unfortunately not very clean and the toilets smell.

If you want to keep the result of the “Minimal Principle” in mind, you have come to the right place.Unfortunately, the holiday home is in poor condition. I also find the “shower facility” directly opposite the washing machine and dryer questionable. Mind you, WITHOUT a separation or anything similar. I'm still wondering whether something like this is actually legal in Germany????The electrical appliances in the kitchen are defective or simply out of date.In autumn/winter/spring you simply cannot sit comfortably with more than 4 people in this holiday home designed for 10 people. Luckily the fireplace worked for us.The sauna just didn't get hot. The sanitary facilities are old and don't seem particularly hygienic. In any case, I preferred to shower at home rather than in the accommodation.I don't even know if I want to continue listing what spoiled our stay... who reads pages and pages of reviews?!We have addressed the shortcomings. We were then fobbed off with location phrases in a very routine manner. We are noticeably not the only ones who were simply disappointed and left with a few hundred euros less. The billing seems transparent, but it is not at all.‼️We cannot recommend these systems at all‼️One of many words describes the house and the complex quite well: loveless & tasteless

We stayed with 8 adults for a short weekend in a house for 10 people.The largest bed was a 1.40m double bed with a very lumpy mattress.Unfortunately, all other rooms and beds are too small for adults.The fireplace was broken. The viewing window had a crack from which dangerous smoke escaped during operation.Unfortunately the pools were too cold. This may be okay with a large swimming pool, but a whirlpool should be able to reach a comfortable temperature. We had the pool heated for over 4 hours and we didn't get anything more than a very high utility bill.The sauna was only 60 degrees hot. So the same problem as with the whirlpool.We would have loved to visit the multi-purpose hall on Saturday and do some sport.Unfortunately, the staff finished work at 12:00 p.m. and the hall was therefore closed.Finally, I would like to mention the overcrowded garbage area, which would certainly have smelled great at higher temperatures.

Very disappointing this holiday home for 10 people.Overall, the entire furnishings are absolutely outdated, worn, and some of the chair and table legs on the terrace are even crooked. One of the chairs fell apart when I sat down. The room doors are completely warped, hardly close and only with a lot of pressure and noise - unacceptable when children sleep in them!The middle supports on one of the double beds also broke off because they were screwed on makeshift and completely crooked.When we made the complaint, the reaction of the service employees on site left us almost speechless, as they showed little interest and were initially unsure whether the bed could really be repaired on the same day (and whether we would need it)...! !?!... it was then repaired in a makeshift manner... at least.The cleanliness was okay at first glance, but when you look closely it's almost disgusting: the toilets smell of urine, in many places (e.g. door handles or light switches) the dust is years old and there were candy wrappers and dust mice under my bed. ..The kitchen - which is far too small for 10 people - lacked the necessary utensils... far too few appliances to prepare meals for so many people.The rooms were also much too small... two of the rooms looked more like closets than bedrooms, hardly any space to turn around in them, small narrow windows and virtually no soundproofing, let alone insulation!The equally narrow bathrooms lacked shelves, hooks or compartments... whoever designed these houses (all identical in construction in this settlement) couldn't possibly have stayed in them for long,... every mobile home, no matter how small, has them about more storage space and logic...!Overall, it's unbelievable that this facility is still viable in its entirety!We can only advise against booking here....!!!

The holiday homes are mainly characterized by their pool whirlpool and sauna. Well suited for autumn holidays. The houses are functionally equipped but a bit run down.

10 person house with pool, sauna and swimming pool 👍🏼. Small rooms are sufficient and noisy. 2 toilets for 7 people were tight, but it worked. Fridge could be bigger.Cleanliness was ok. Otherwise quiet location with enough parking options.You have to organize yourself a little in the kitchen.We were happy and had fun, and that's what counts. 👍🏼

Rooms are very very small. And additional money is charged for everything on site. Even electricity and water. According to the flyer, bed linen should cost 15 euros but it was 20 on site.Deposit was actually said to be 400 but on site it was 500.The internet is very slow.We had booked with 10 adults and in retrospect it was a good thing that there were only 8 of us otherwise it would have been very cozy.Everything is a bit old, but what is there works and is clean...Personally, I think going to the gym is far too expensive. 10 euros per 30 minutes and we just wanted to play table tennis. You should perhaps adjust the price list for sports equipment and not always charge for the entire hall.
