If you book in time, you will get a room and a really fair price. I just repeatedly noticed the non-digital check-in - the spa card has to be signed so that it can be handed out in paper form, then the date of birth is missing here and a signature there... it could certainly be smarter, but it's completely okay. We would still like to come back!

We'll be back next year. It's relaxed with you. Check-in is uncomplicated. The rooms are clean and there is TV.The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very convenient and clean hotel. Handy to be able to check in late at night as our ferry was delayed. Booked it very last minute and only used it as somewhere to sleep so can't comment on the breakfast, but the walk into town the next morning was very pleasant once you've got across the main road. Rostock is well worth a visit, wish we'd had more time there.

The hotel is located right next to the old town and has a supermarket and great restaurants on the doorstep. Also a tram.The breakfast is very tasty and the rooms are cozy 🥰

Unfortunately I was very disappointed at the reception. I wanted to have my suitcase put back for 3-4 hours and that wasn't possible at all, and checking out later wasn't possible either.I should book another night for 3-4 hours 🧐I've never had one before, it's like towels and bed linen, that's what a hotel has to have...Kudos to the cleaning!Always been there every day and cleaned the bathroom. Always fresh towels if you have read the instructions on how to use them... Perfect.I would have liked the room to be vacuumed over the 6 days, but oh well. In general I say 6/10 stars. Okay, but it could be much better!

Two stars deducted because you can't warm the room and it's dusty.Unfortunately the coffee machine is also broken.But otherwise everything is fine.Slept well and the staff is very nice and friendly.Can you do it...

We stayed in this hotel from October 7th to October 10th, 2024. We had a family room because we were there with two children. The room was dirty. Old dust on the edges of the carpet. Cobwebs, large stain on the bedspread (I don't want to say what it could be). There were broken glass in the bathroom and soap residue in the shower area that could be removed with a brush. The ventilation is completely dusty. The window in the sleeping area was totally dirty. I know that the cleaning staff doesn't have much time but it should be clean. And when I see the staff cleaning with a handbag and civilian clothes, I actually ask myself whether that is the standard. At breakfast I have to say that things have slowed down. The coffee was very strong, the rolls were like rubber. The fact is that we have been there twice now and will neither recommend nor book this hotel again.

A very centrally located hotel. Our room was very nicely decorated and was very clean. The breakfast was sufficient and there was something for every taste. The coffee machines are also great, so everyone can enjoy their morning rush. Many thanks also to the friendly team, keep it up. We'd love to come back. Price performance is just great.

The stay for a family of four with small children was very good. A bit more counter space would be good in the bathroom and for hanging towels. The bed was a bit narrow for two tall adults. The breakfast was great, there was something for every taste. No standard run-of-the-mill breakfast, lots of delicious vegan alternatives that I enjoyed even if I wasn't vegan. The children were super happy. Ideal for a short trip for four people, but it would have been too small for me with a family for a longer period of time. But certainly ideal for two.

A thoroughly great experience. Starting with the friendly and, above all, early check-in, very comfortable room to a very appetizing breakfast. Great location right in the old town and very good connection to the main train station.

Modern hotel and ideally located.We spent one night here without breakfast because we planned it somewhere else.First impression from outside was great.The price for the underground car park is ok, you pay that in other hotels too.The rooms are very nice, but the area could be cleaned more thoroughly.For example, in the hallway, vacuuming into the corners, removing cobwebs and a little paint for the walls (on the numerous dents) would be desirable.Then sweep away the rubbish from the underground car park and the first impression would be great.Unfortunately that didn't work.It's inexplicable to me why bags, tons of cups and fast food packaging have to be lying around in every corner and parking bay in the garage.It's not just private individuals here, a larger group of craftsmen also checked in before us.It is unavoidable how some people deal with their surroundings.You can sleep here for one night, it was quiet, that's something.

I always liked staying in B&B hotels, because... Value for money. However, due to the parking price of €12/night, this is no longer suitable here. There was also construction noise from 6:45 a.m. and ceilings that were too short. Room cleaning was very good and breakfast now offers a lot for eco-friendly people and wimps. At all other B&B hotels there were only hard eggs. The price for it is also constantly rising. The location is ideal.
