I have been a guest at Haus am Sund several times and each time it has been a very pleasant stay.They were always willing to listen to my questions and I was always helped promptly.The room was clean, as was the bathroom.The location is really great, right on the harbor, so it's just a few steps to the harbor or the beach.

I am very enthusiastic about the youth guesthouse. The employees are super nice and always helpful. With any problem you can turn to anyone who will provide help as quickly as possible.I've been traveling here with my classes for several years now and I have to say, my colleague and I look forward to this trip all year long. It's almost like coming home.The courses are professionally taught and the trainers are always approachable and explain things in a child-friendly way.The children's rooms are sometimes a bit narrow, which adds to the charm of a real sailing trip in the bunks.The caterer has now been changed and is good. The breakfast buffet is extensive and there is something for everyone. Water and fruit are available for the children all day long.The beach is not far away. You can also quickly take the ferry to Stralsund if there is a rainy day and you want to use the Oceaneum.I can only recommend staying with a class and using the sporty water facilities. If you have any questions or requests, you can make a friendly phone call before booking so that everything you need can be discussed.

We have been going to the youth hostel in Altefähr regularly for a few years now with the class or a sailing and surfing course as part of a group and we look forward to being here again every year.The accommodation offers us what we need for our trip. The employees are open-minded and friendly. We can come with all our questions and we will be helped if possible. The water sports on offer for the students are great. The children are thrilled every year.

Very friendly staff. The furnishings of the rooms are simple but very comfortable. The house is ideally located and has a very well-equipped kitchen, sauna and lounge. Highly recommended. I'd love to come back.
