We will remember Ulm above all as a city of tireless car traffic - an impression that was reinforced by our stay at the Brera Aparthotel. …

It is very, very, very hospitable to set dogs on people just because they are sitting outside on a bench at night. And definitely very LEGAL in Germany.

View of busy street, noisy up to the 5th floor, windows have to be kept closed, so the room temperature is poor in hot weather, no air conditioning. Overnight parking costs €18 in the neighboring hotel, difficult to find the pay machine. Hotel is new, area is currently being developed, staff friendly. When the building work is finished and the season gets cooler, we would be happy to come back.

Really nice apartments at a reasonable price. They are well decorated and stocked and there is also a laundry room which is very helpful. Staff were helpful when we arrived with bicycles and showed us to the secure locked storage. Would stay again.

My wife and I stayed in one of the Brera Apartments for a long weekend and really loved it. We had booked one of the cheapest apartments and to our surprise we were upgraded to the second largest apartment (Amazing Apartment with Terrace). The room was huge, had an amazing view and, fortunately, a fully equipped kitchen. Of course there was no coffee machine missing either.Particularly noteworthy is the general roof terrace, which every apartment has access to. It invites you to linger and enjoy the sunset over the roofs of Ulm <3.We will be very happy to come back!!!

The room was in perfect condition. It was clean, everything you need is there. However, as mentioned in another review, the downside is that the rooms don't have air conditioning and are right on the main road. If there was a climate, the location would be perfect, but unfortunately it isn't because the street makes ventilation difficult and the room heats up extremely.Parking was easy thanks to the Hotel Leonardo, a little tip here:Don't pay at the machine, but at the reception at the Hotel Leonardo! Instead of €36 at the ATM, I only paid €18 there ;)

Everything was great, we (me 30 years old and child 5 years old) were here for the first time. And I was unsure at the beginning but now we'll definitely be back next year :)Service is great Rooms are safe and clean :) there is a drinks machine. You can wash and dry here and everything works great via your cell phone. Checking in is child's play. There is a large park with a playground nearby, there is a Kaufland just around the corner and you can get to the train station very quickly.Bonus for parents with children, you can be in Legoland or Peppa Pig Land in 31 minutes and Ulm city center is also nice and quick to reach:)A kitchen ensures independence and saves money :)When we arrived my child said it was the best hotel in the world and now after staying for 5 days I can only agree. Many thanks to the Brera team

Brera Ulm: non-serviced apartments. I arrived on a Sunday when there was no season ticket for me.Season ticket for me. After 24 hours in the parking garage, €36(!!!) was charged. For me, checking in only took a lot of walking: if you arrive by car, you have to stop in the no-parking area, walk around the house and then create a key card.Room cleanliness: all cooking utensils were sticky, the Teflon pan was completely stuck together. Mattress too soft. No air conditioning, so extremely hot. You can open the windows, but you're basically on the highway because the giant road in front of the door is so loud. So you sit in a hot room with no ventilation. You receive 2 towels per week. This is too little.Cleaning service is unannounced once a week. There are no local contacts. Fitness room: both cardio machines were defective: the bike could no longer be adjusted in height and the stepper could not be adjusted. Because you don't have anyone to contact on site, you as a woman don't feel comfortable in the hallways. In theIn the garbage room (yes, you have to dispose of the garbage yourself), there were no normal garbage cans: this means that all the bags were thrown into the corner by the guests. The smell was impossible.Attention: Anyone who leaves the center on the last day must return the long-term parking card (where this should be remains open. Anyone who does not do this will be threatened with additional costs

I've only been here one night and everything was okay yesterday. I was able to park in the underground car park next door, but what's the point that I now have to pay €18 a day for it, even though I booked a room here for that much money.Perhaps instead of creating a green space in front of the building, it would be better to create a small parking lot there.I think that's a disgrace!!

SILVERFISH!I am currently staying at the Brera Serviced Apartments for professional reasons and unfortunately I have to advise against making any further bookings. Arrival was already fraught with difficulties as I was stuck in the underground car park due to unclear instructions and a lack of check-in process, which resulted in a significant delay. After finally reaching my room, I was disappointed by the lack of basic toiletries. Toilet paper, soap and towels are missing, which is incomprehensible and unacceptable for me as a business traveler. Furthermore, and by far the worst thing for me, the room is infested with silverfish, which indicates a serious hygiene problem in the hotel.Given these experiences, I will strongly recommend that the company reconsider working with this hotel and refrain from making bookings in the future. Such a standard is unacceptable for business travelers and has a negative impact on the comfort and professionalism of business travel.Today I will discuss a room change, perhaps even a hotel change, with the staff.Answer:1. We spoke on the phone several times AFTER I checked in and had to search for basic amenities on my own. I was NOT told in advance that I had to check in before I drove into the parking garage in order to get up.2. Of course I got in touch the next afternoon, as I only arrived exhausted from North Rhine-Westphalia at midnight to support the band.3. I was only offered a change of apartment the next day and ONLY without my presence. My suitcase was supposed to move without my presence. I found it strange. For this reason I rejected it.4. The problem of silverfish was not addressed. Pictures are now attached.Furthermore, I don't like the way you deal with criticism. This is also evident from other bad reviews. It would have been nice to accept the negative points instead of firing back with untruths or half-truths. You are welcome to contact me by phone at the company number to clarify the matter if you are looking for an improvement.
