Osoblje odvratno,moja preporuka VISE NI MRTAV DA ME VRATE, after 4meseca življenja. . Some employees behave irresponsibly and very rudely, there is no one to call at the phone numbers listed. There is no obligation, the manager is acting irresponsibly. All in all very, very bad service. There is no parking space at the front as the underground car park is rented, the hallways are not vacuumed and the key cards do not work. So you have to spend the night outside the room you paid for.

As an airport employee, I will stay there. I always pay on the first day of the month, 5 days ago I paid the rent again but I can't go to my room, it was the same last month. I pay for the whole month but I'm always outside for 1-2 days a month until someone from the administration comes. The hotel's system is broken and I don't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel has very expensive parking.It doesn't have a coffee shop, just a small restaurant for breakfast.The rooms are also expensive, of course without air conditioning.The washing machine is always broken (out of 3 machines, 1 or 2 are always broken).

The experience was so bad, the receptionist was actually trying to make my stay as hard as possible for no reason, it was the tall black guy with dreads and a lot of jewelry, I don’t why but he thinks he can do whatever he likes and mess with people for no reason. The hotel is alright but that guy is ruining the whole place down. :(

I have stayed in this hotel and I have to say that the management has been very poor and unhelpful. The two managers do not know how to treat customers with respect. One of the manager came in my room without knocking on the door which I found disrespectful. The two managers require a lot more training and need to learn what customer service means. My colleague had mentioned that a couple broke into his room and tried to rob him. There are no CCTV cameras inside the building. This hotel is not safe and you cannot trust the staff. The bedrooms were also not properly cleaned.

At the first check in the staff was actually quite ok. However, the room didn't have a broken window and you couldn't close it completely. Because it was storming in December, we stuffed it with cloths. The shower rail was torn out and was only hanging on the top fastening screw. Room very dusty, the fan was noticeable, after a few steps in the room the socks were no longer black. Since we were traveling with a child, we asked in advance for a cot, we were assured that there was one, and we found a normal extra bed for adults or older children. Well, we thought what could we expect for the price and booked another one Night for in 2 weeks later. We would have left it better...Booking was already complicated so the MA. Since our flight was delayed by 2.5 hours, we should have received a self check-in code by email. But there was nothing by phone, even after the 12x, we couldn't reach anyone, nor could we reach anyone by email. We then spent the remaining 5 hours on the sofas in the lobby. Never again this hotel!!

At this point in time I’m totally short of words! We book the hotel because we were transiting very early in the morning.! We actually did the booking a month before our arrival through Expedia . Upon arrival round about midnight the man whom I presumed is the manager told us that they don’t have us in the system which we found very strange, he out kindness he said because of our little kids he offered us a room with lesser bed and we clamped ourselves just for few hours. Unfortunately when we got to the airport we realized that our daughter’s backpack and Samsung tablet that was gifted to her for her Birthday two weeks ago was forgotten in the hotel. We made efforts to call but no response and a day later a lady contacted me with my email address from the tablet that she had found it and had given to the manager.! I called him and he said the hotel was closing down from 1.1.2024 and if I don’t come get it there would be no way after 1st I made it clear to him that everywhere in Germany is closed and I can’t live NRW for a 200 euros tablet😩😩😩. He gave me his private number and when I wrote he said I should find a way to come get it . I told him that we will bare all cost but the hotel should please send it there’s no other way as we have been to Dhl and Hermes and they don’t pick up and delivery. As I am writing. He doesn’t pick his calls anymore or my calls through the hotel line anymore. Does that means that he is going to keep a guest property now .Am attaching all communications between us and I wrote directly toThe hotel email address apparently he is the one managing it and nothing was down about my complaint. We have had previous experience and the hotel in Bremen sent us my daughter’s doll the next day. I cannot understand why this is an airport hotel of which things like this is bound to happen and he has bluntly refused to send us our forgotten items. He denied that there was any backpack which contained the charges and their toys but please send the tablet he has refused . We will be reporting this to Expedia and hopefully that Expedia can make them do the necessary needful and right thing as a hotel because I think they lack understanding and experience on how to run a hotel especially an airport one from the whole communication he kept dribbling and posting me up like I was encroaching on his privacy rather.

I was there unplanned for 2 days in March 2023 (flight postponement) and was absolutely thrilled.I had a large room with a window facing the driveway, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, the staff were very nice. I'd love to come back!

I paid for my room and they didnt document it.. thank god i took the receipt and had it. The reception is inconsistent with their info, arrogant, irresponsible...If my company wasn't paying the stay, i'd never be here. There are many other coworkers here(50+) that have a likeminded opinion. My advice is to stay away...The cleaning staff is very nice.

40 minute check in process when then couldn’t find out booking. Rooms without heating (snowing outside). Another hour waiting in the lobby for another room. Couldn’t even call a taxi for us when we found another place to stay. |Staff very unhelpful. Try to avoid.

Near Munich Airport. The room, bathroom/toilet was clean and spacious. Only offer breakfast, lunch/dinner can be found at an Italian restaurant, which is the only thing within walking distance. It is very busy around dinner time. There are a number of (take-away) restaurants in the area. So having it delivered is also an option. Overall assessment of the hotel is satisfactory.👍
