The bed box on the window side was unappetizingly dirty. It doesn't work at all! Had nausea 🤮.

We were in Munich for a concert. Contrary to the negative reviews of the hotel, we were completely surprised at how nice and helpful the lady at reception was and the rooms, including the bathroom, were clean and appropriate for the category. The location is great for Munich as everything is close by. Any time.

I was only one night. Since I always... at this time...The next day I took the ICE to the Baltic Sea. Nice, courteous woman at reception. Room for one person absolutely OK. Surprised at how quiet it was at night. Great location. Huge selection of restaurants. Subway around the corner. 2 stops to the main train station. Price performance for Munich I. O. Gladly again. 😉 🙋‍♂️Oh well... One star only less because of the mattresses.. Wasn't my thing.. A little too soft.. 😏

The hotel was ok for two nights near the city center it's fine. However, the rooms were not entirely clean and the beds/mattresses were quite old and uncomfortable for us.

Location pleasant, room tidy but shower holder damaged, TV had no reception. Unfortunately, nothing was changed even after the complaint was made. Upon departure, payment on site was not possible due to a technical malfunction. The invoice was sent 2 weeks later with the text “Unfortunately you left without paying on site, which was agreed upon. “How should I pay on site if this is not possible on site?

STAY AWAY!! Something isn’t right with this place! The shower was broken. But I end up being tackled with the shoulder on my stomach by the white haired bouldery guy there.5 different guest claimed shower being broken on the same night. That bad. Also they told me “it never happened!” but see the other posts. They lied.TV didn’t work neither so that we missed the EURO cup final. Safe was broken too.Telephone covered with dusts. They took our pfand bottle. We had to be completely without shower for first night. Despite our effort, they didn’t give us a proper rights. We used the wet towel to wipe our body.(cry)On second day we explained all over to the other guy and tried hard and finally could get an upgrade with okay shower but otherwise no shower. We were really lucky. But took 30-45 min while we starve. On the day we leave, I was supported to talk with the manager about refund and such. So I asked a guy with white long hair who I found at the at the front desk.Because they didn’t share the information between them, I had to explain from the scratch for the third time. While I was trying to find the words, he became like “I DON’T HAVE A TIME FOR YOU!!!!” all the sudden he went nuts! When I had to follow him to the kitchen (I didn’t enter tho) and tried to explain, He said “ GET AWAY FROM THE KITCHEN!!!” and He tackled me with his shoulder on my stomach. Can you believe? But it happened.I was just asking in calm.See the other negative posts, this hotel, especially the white hair guy is not normal. They said he’s been here for 30 years.Just stay away if you want to spend good time in beautiful Munich city. There are lords of hotels which has better facilities and the higher hospitality with normal ethics. What’ll waiting for you here will be horrible standard, and might be a potential discrimination against the human rights. End

It was the worst hotel experience.Stayed here for 2 nights. There was no hot water in the shower the night I stayed. There was no staff at the hotel after 10pm, so there was nothing we could do, so we just put up with it for the rest of the day. (It's summer)In the morning, I went to the reception desk and was told that there was nothing they could do because the owner was on vacation and couldn't be reached, and I couldn't go into the boiler room, and I didn't have the authority to change rooms. He said he has received five complaints about not having hot water.I thought it would be pointless to tell the staff, and I had something to do, so I gave up for the day, wet a towel with cold water, dried myself, and headed out. When I got back to the hotel, I thought it had fixed itself, but it still hadn't.I went to the front desk and was told the same thing as in the morning. However, in the summer season, I was so sweaty that I couldn't take a shower for two days, so I negotiated at the last minute, and the staff finally decided to change my room...By the way, the owner was there the next day, but he didn't listen to me and just said, ``It's not my fault,'' which made me feel the worst.By the way, there was a lot of dust on the phone in the room, the safety box was broken, the toilet was dirty, and the TV didn't show anything. It may be cheap, but you will have a bad experience when trouble occurs. Not recommended.

The rooms and the entire hotel are very old.The mattresses were far too soft and everything in the bathroom no longer worked. The breakfast was ok and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very warm, but it was possible to sleep with the window open as the hotel is very quiet. If you renovate and renovate the rooms, you can also charge a higher price.

Unfortunately, TV and internet were broken throughout the hotel. Any concession was categorically rejected. The bed was very comfortable, but the windows were broken, the joints in the bathroom were black and the soap bottles were unlabeled and broken. Overall, not a very pleasant stay.
