Considering that it is Kvilda, the accommodation was very cheap. But the quality of the rooms did not match even such a low price. The equipment of the rooms and in general the entire interior is very old and worn out. Plus you have to put on your own sheets, I haven't experienced that in a long time. So 3 stars only because the lady was nice and helpful and it's cheap.

sorry, but there is a difference between something that is "retro" and something that is completely disgusting. Unwashed dishes, 30+ year old beds, nearly non-functioning stove, etc. And when I mean unwashed dishes, I mean really greasy pots, dirty cutlery + glasses. All the cabinets make a noise that you can hear it on the other side of the building + they cannot be closed completely. I definitely don't recommend it.

We crossed the Šumava Mountains and slept with 4 children in separate dormitories. This can't be called a recovery room, it felt like a disaster to us. It cannot be said that it is retro. In short, it was all disgustingly old spray-painted, you can always buy new beds with storage space for a reasonable price, even ordinary sectional furniture... this is really too much. We had a comparison, for example the Strazny municipal hostel is a great hotel against this one. And the fact that the furniture and all the equipment is more than 30 years old was confirmed by the administrator herself, who is trying to revive it there with artificial flowers and scented sticks.Sad...

Modest accommodation in the center. If you need to sleep in a dry and warm place and you don't mind that the toilet and shower are in the corridor. The rooms are quite small, but they also have a kitchenette with equipment.

Simple but clean and functional. Pleasant and helpful manager. Excellent location in the middle of Kvilda, about 80 m shop, bakery and brewery with local super bitter beer Dvanácterák and Desaterák.
