The cottage is older, this is reflected in the equipment and comfort. However, the price is adequate for the condition and the vacation spent was overall nice. The nice staff who take care of the cottage is a big plus. The biggest plus is the view from the cottage and the possibility to bring pets with you.

Quiet place. You have to go out for hiking, but the location allows for a lot of trips by bike and on foot. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price corresponds.

Some beds and bunk beds are truly memorable.The kitchen is great (except for the museum stoves). A cultural room with a children's corner is really great. The place has a great location. Even those who do not ski can use the walks. I recommend.👍👍👍👍👍

We rented the cottage for the weekend as a group of six families with children aged 2-8 and we were very satisfied. The negative reviews that appear here are from an older date (year 2020), now (June 2023) everything was fine. I have to highlight the spacious garden with facilities for children (trampoline, sandpit, swings and climbing frames) with an amazing view of meadows and forests. There is a pleasant sitting area with a fireplace in the garden. Although the equipment of the cottage is older, it is ideal for families with children (you don't have to worry that the child will damage something, scratch the wall, etc.). Everywhere was clean and tidy, comfortable beds... A large common room with a fireplace stove, which was already melted when we arrived (a nice surprise), a sufficiently equipped kitchen (3x refrigerator, 2x stove, dishwasher, microwave...) The owner was very nice, she provided delivery of fresh baked goods for us on Saturday morning (doughnuts, bread, rolls) from the local bakery directly to the cottage. We were satisfied with our stay and I would recommend it especially to families with children, who will appreciate the large garden where children can run freely, while the parents have a coffee and a fresh donut for breakfast in the sun or spend a relaxing evening by the grill or stove 😊 Thank you.

The cottage is really nice to look at with a decent plot, so ideal for larger groups. Anyway, the dirt, that's really extreme. A person takes a bag out of the bin and under it are several years of dust and other filth nicely matured at the bottom of the bin. Every piece of crockery you take from the shelf is dirty right at the beginning of the tour - after the previous group. I wonder if anyone even goes there to at least check that it is so tolerable. Yes, he actually walks, the owner of the cottage who lives next to us was looking in the windows while walking her dog and without any announcement she climbed in and started yelling at one of the children from us, saying that she was throwing the sofa. I would really be interested in how a 10-year-old child picks up a sofa and throws it :) and I'd rather not comment on the fact that the owner looks into the windows of the cottage.

Very good accommodation. It's autumn and it's warm, cozy and clean here. Pleasant owners and beautiful nature. Only the restaurants are closed here, they say there are no people. Otherwise, accommodation, nature and tourism are ok.

Good accommodation for large groups but if you have small children it is a bit dirty. The bed is not much, but otherwise, as far as the dining room and kitchen are concerned, it's fine.

The cottage is perfect. We were there for the autumn holidays, a group of 7 families with children aged 2-12, a total of 30 people, and we were very satisfied. The cottage corresponds to the description, the facilities are older but clean. The location is great and the view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking. I was surprised by the size of the common room and corridors. The kids were flying there and enjoying it. The kitchen is adequate, there was no shortage of glassware, cutlery, enough knives, pans classically not much, but that is everywhere. We missed the small bowls a bit. The bathrooms and toilet were clean, the leaking shower head was fixed immediately, we didn't even have to report it. We sometimes heard or met the forest workers staying in the neighborhood in the morning, but no problem. They were very noisy once and the owner quickly sorted them out.I personally appreciate the attitude of the owner. I booked the cottage in a hurry, paid the deposit and only then read the reviews here. A few are pretty bad. So I called the owner and asked. She explained everything to me and since we didn't have any problems with our (announced in advance) dog or the owner's son, I believe that the problem was more with the tenants.Otherwise, there is a beautiful walk to the Lčovické waterfall (there are no marked paths, you have to "make your way" through the forest, but it is beautiful there).If you are not looking for luxury, but comfort is enough, I highly recommend it.
