Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this guesthouse. On both nights, there was so much noise from the neighborhood that we had to end our stay early. First a private disco until half past four in the morning and the second night noise and shouting from half past three to six in the morning. It is definitely not a peaceful place as it is presented. The owner is aware of this, but apparently does not have the desire or strength to deal with coexistence with the neighbors.Breakfast is realistically about 50 CZK, old rolls every morning and it seemed every time that we finished eating leftovers from yesterday.On the day of our arrival, the owner didn't even want to talk much, she was in a hurry to join her friend in the atrium for a drink.

I had a good agreement with the owner on the reservation via mobile phone and email. I had a 2-bed room no. 5 behind the terrace. Toilet, shower, 2 beds, clean, Small problem, no water in the kitchen, water in the jug for tea and coffee. If you have breakfast in your room, I recommend asking for a kettle rather than carrying it 20m across the terrace. Downstairs restaurant, VŠ.den menu, they also serve in the evening if you agree. The location of the guesthouse is excellent.

A nice little guesthouse just below the square. Pleasant and nice owner who lives here. Cozy, furnished, clean rooms with private bathroom and toilet. Parking is worse, you have to pay in front of the house and there is not much space. Possible parking is at Kaufland, where it is still free.

At the time of booking, the owner did not inform us that there would be a rock band concert in the atrium of the guesthouse in the evening. She promised that the end would be at 10 p.m., but they finished at 11 p.m.In the bathroom, the board in the toilet is in bad condition, cracked and worn. Furthermore, the stainless steel trash can is stained with drops, it can be seen that it is only taken out, but not washed. I was also surprised by the mold in the shower, the liquid soap that ran out on the first day of my stay, the disgustingly washed towels. I would also criticize the owner that during my visit last year, the railing on the rather steep stairs was loose in the middle and after a year there was no effort to fix it. At first glance, the room seems shabby, cheap, socialist.In the morning we got coffee with a bag of sugar for breakfast, which was all dirty from the coffee that was lying in front of ours.It's a shame, because otherwise it's a pension with a great location.The owner is nice, but she puts her problems above the interests of the guests. Unfortunately.

Nice owner. Unfortunately the rooms are dreary. Breakfast on the weekend was prepared by the owner. It was actually lean. But prices are very cheap. On weekdays you can have breakfast downstairs in the external cafeteria. To get there you have to walk through a very cold hallway because the front door is always open. The rooms facing the side street are not particularly quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and willingness, there is a restaurant with a garden under the terrace. When I have a trip again, I would like to visit the Family pension again and spend the night :)

He wasn't at all. The accommodation voucher issued by Hotel.cz two months ago turned out to be invalid the day before check-in, the reserved wheelchair-accessible room was occupied for a long time and I was referred by the owner with a complaint to Hotel.cz. I rate her behavior as scandalous and she didn't even save it by recommending a competitor to me. As if I, as a customer, care that Hotel.cz provides irrelevant information and does not cooperate with the hotel at all! If I hadn't come to pay for the accommodation the day before boarding, for which I was put in the role of a fool who doesn't know how things work in the world, I would have brought an eighty-year-old couple on crutches, who had just arrived from Ostrava, to non-existent accommodation. Never again pension Family, the apartment would be the cheapest in Europe!
