This Hostel is located above KFC with card based entry which you get from a machine near the entrance based on a code. I didn't see reception?! But there is no need either, Check in is done online.Quiet area, there is no parking, being located in an apartment block, I did not see parking. But if you're lucky you'll find a parking space on Ulmer Straße. But beware that parking on that street is free only at night.The room was equipped with a small kitchen with electric stove, hood, refrigerator.Clean room as well as the bathroom.The hostel is very close to the tram station and the train station. (just cross the street)A minus would be communication. Although I wrote two messages, I did not receive any reply.But I will gladly come back another time.

I don't recommend this place, they have no commitment to their guests.They cancel your reservation moments before check-in for no reason.I was on my way to the hotel and I got lost with my family. That's why I'm looking for legal remedies for this situation.Better to look for another establishment, even if it is more expensive, so as not to have any problems when traveling.

This place is terrible, horrible service, they canceled my reservation moments before check in and I was on my way, I have never experienced this embarrassment in my life. I had to look for another more expensive hotel. If I had analyzed the reviews previously I wouldn't have chosen this place. At first it was cheap, but I went through stress and paid more for another. I hired a lawyer and I'm going to court.

A shitty place, they canceled my reservation 1 hour before chick in, me, my wife and 1 child and we were already on our way. They canceled without justification and did not provide a solution. and they also didn't cancel my recommendation on the [booking] platform? DON´T BOOK anything at this place, they are all incompetent.

Accessibility very good. However, the cleanliness of the rooms has deteriorated significantly compared to before. You feel uncomfortable because it wasn't cleaned properly, hair in the bed, dirty floor etc... That was my last visit here...

I didn't spend a night in the hostel because I wanted to cancel at short notice.My little brother had a really serious car accident right at the time I booked and has been in a coma in the university hospital ever since. It's really inhumane not to take back this reservation. I will never come to this hostel. This way you won't retain customers, you'll scare them away.Even booking.com was more accommodating to us than the hostel.

I don't know if it was my room or it was like that for everyone, but you could see that they hadn't cleaned the room for weeks! Dead bugs on the window, hair in the bed, mold in the shower and a broken wardrobe. Horrible experience.
