This hotel is ideally located, just 10 minutes’ walk from the train station. My stay was brief, but during that time, I slept wonderfully, refreshed delightfully, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. All in all, this makes for a great hotel for a short stay. Highly recommended!

Probably the best value hotel I have been to in the Bohemian region. Clean, no frills, slightly worn and not modern. I'll be back next time. Just perfect for a stopover when travelling east-west-east with trains.

23.06 I haven’t seen a worse and boorish attitude, we paid through booking, when she came there she asked for our documents, she couldn’t see the visa in the passport, she began to be rude to me and my friend in a raised voice, he reprimanded her that she couldn’t do that talk to us that she should put on glasses and look better at her passport, to which she answered me that she didn’t care, and continued to be indignant, then she asked my place of residence, I told her 3 times, she still didn’t hear me, that’s the feeling we came to her home, continued to mutter in Czech and be rude, although we were speaking German!! Such workers definitely have no place in this job!! We were in a bad mood all night, last time, never set foot there again!!

Location was perfect: between railway station and city center. Staff was friendly, spoke different languages. The rooms were ok,but the curtains were way too light to block the light. Also the noise from the street was a bit loud now and then. Bed was comfortable and shower was ok. Only the used water did not flow very well, so your feet are in a little bath.

For the price, it’s fine. The rooms are dated but it seems everything in Cheb is. The rooms on the top floor do get warm on a hot day though. The front desk spoke different languages which was helpful unlike the other, more expensive place in town. Overall I had a good experience for the price and location.

Convenient location right into town. Only complaint I have is there isn’t enough light in the room. Our window was outside the hotel light that shined in my eyes all night. The curtains were thin and didn’t block out the light.

A pleasant and small hotel in a good location. A short distance from the station and a short distance from the center, in addition, free private parking for hotel guests.

Very helpful and nice lady at the reception. The hotel does not look attractive from the outside, but inside it is a luxury *** hotel, clean and cozy, equipped.Morning breakfast rich in choice according to taste.I definitely recommend it

Large, adequately furnished room. A refrigerator would be good for longer stays. Mattresses a bit hard, pillows flat, none could be delivered. Unfortunately, the Hotrl is an acoustic phenomenon. Every door and every faucet in the hotel could be heard.Room with a view of the laundry. Somehow renovated but not finished. No hooks in the bathroom, one tile edge not covered, no plug in the sink, no holder for toilet paper, no shelf in the shower. There are still old tiles on the bathroom floor. Reception friendly, breakfast rich (coffee not good). Oh yes, room very clean.
