I really liked this hotel, spacious room, spacious bathroom, everything clean, good Internet signal, bed, table, chairs, fridge, cupboards. But I must mention that the online booking method is not an easy one, especially if you do it from the phone, like me.Thank you LH Hotel, I felt very well at your place.

Do NOT book here. These people are crooks.I booked at the site of the LH hotel itself (NOT at a booking site like Booking.com), finished the booking and paid with VISA.The an e-mail came back with all kinds of weird demands. The worst was that I should send a photo of my ID.That is explicitly forbidden by Dutch Law (I an Dutch) because it makes identity theft easy. So I wrote an e-mail to cancel the booking. A Ms Jeannine Bertele answered that it was German Law to ask for an ID-Photo. Which is ridiculous, I have booked close to 100 hotels the last 8 years and I NEVER had to hand or send a copy of my ID!Furthermore she wrote 'If you wish to cancel the booking, you must do so via Booking.com, as this is your contractual partner.'Again ridiculous: I have booked at the hotel, NOT at Booking.com.I don't even know how to cancel there. I protested my e-mail but I get no more answer. So there you have it: they steal your money and don't respond. DO NOT BOOK HERE!I sign this with my full name. I am not someone who writes filth on social media. I am just a decent citizen who is ripped of by these crooks.Peter van der Linden

The reason that I am not giving 5 stars, is because the mirror in the bathroom is too high. A petite person cannot use the mirror.

I made a rezervation at 23:00 p.m.They took the money, send me the check-in pin and door code. I've been trying one hour to unlock the door, unsuccessuful.At one moment I find a neighbor who try to help me.We could't get inside, so I had to go.At that night and next day no one answer the phone and email.I try to get my money back, but I could't speak with someone about my problem.So, don't recomand! If is possible 0 stars.

Dirty, uncleaned room. Dirty bed, sheets. Trash can full. The room was opened (not locked, not even the door properly closed) when we arrived, noone cleaned the room after the previous visitors. Cannot reach anyone on call support for 3 hours when we arrived. Moved to another hotel instead. Terrible experience, never again.

Hotel under construction, poor instructions in email, it took me 20 minutes to get how to enter, in fact there was no real entrance, just a mini road with no sign under construction with a shovel in the middle, I had to park my car on the street.The hotel itself looks very good, the self checking system is interesting, the actual "value for money" is very good, but it might be because of the under construction situation. The room was spacious and well fitted. The only annoying thing I noticed about the room (room 101) was a not very loud but "deep" sound from outside the building (AC? Heating for the whole hotel?) that gave me a hard time to fall asleep....

I recently visited LH Hotel in Germany close to LegoLand. It was easy to acces the rooms using the pin code. The hotel has no reception but that was not a problem. The rooms are clean and big enough. The only problem was with wifi, it was a bit slow 500kbs/s.

Well. It feels unfinished. The area is under construction. It's even challenging to go there via GPS. Maps don't know the road name etc.The rooms are ok (fresh build), but it really feels like the service is not there yet. There was a single towel for two people. And other small issues, like: not cleaned floor and a bad smell in the room.

The rooms are nice, there is fridge what is rare thing in Germany as I have seen :) onlu thing I dont like... In 1 week that we are here no one asked if we need clean towels or something else. Also I dont like that there are way too much bugs for my liking I am staying on the first flor so beatles spiders moskitos you name it... Next time if I have to I would prefer room on the second floor.

This is actually exactly what we were looking for: a cheap place to sleep. There is no service. The room is super clean, big and modern. You get access code to your room by text message. You won’t see anybody working there. But as I said, super clean. And perfect to stay there.
