yes, we had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel Hirschberg again.Since we had to take a break due to illness, we were of course looking forward to the stayVery happy at the NH Hotel Hirschberg.As soon as we arrived at the reception, we were so friendly, kind,Greeted professionally by Ms. Rauch, with a lovely smile, that was so nice.We already feel like family.We have to say, such a personal reception, with everything perfectly prepared, is rareHotel reception, where you are basically checked in.At the NH Hirschberg everything is very personal and friendly.When we got to the room, we were so surprised again, not only were there glasses and sweets, but also...There was also such a lovely, personally written welcome card, we were speechless with joy.The stay was again wonderful and so perfect.We would like to thank Ms. Rauch and Ms. Jüngling, who were on vacation that day, and who always make our stay at the NH Hirschberg wonderful.A big compliment to the staff at the NH Hotel Hirschberg,which we are always happy to recommend.

Hotel good so far. Good location, we were only there for 2 nights because of a celebration. Bathtub with PVC curtain not so great. Rooms good and clean. Breakfast good. Service very good and friendly. Unfortunately the bar/restaurant was closed on Fridays.

This was our third time there for 3 nights.This works great for us, our friends live 2 minutes away, so we didn't have to have breakfast at the hotel.The hotel is absolutely sufficient for overnight stays! Bathroom is very small, but it is well furnished, everything you need (hair dryer, large cosmetic mirrorquite pleasant soap and shower gel...)

The best thing about the room is the TV.Incredibly aging hotel. Walls completely dirty. Urgent need for painting. The toilet and shower have not been renovated for at least 20 years. Not so plump. It's enough for 1 or 2 nights. But definitely not 4 stars. More like 2+.

Super friendly welcome! The hotel is a bit old but everything was clean. We are traveling with our dog. NH Hotels charge another 25 euros for the animal, which I think is basically too much. However, I would like to point out very positively that we were asked whether our dog needed anything else. We were provided with bowls and baskets. Since we were backpacking, we only had a blanket with us and were happy to accept the offer. Thank you again at this point, our dog didn't want to leave his basket the next morning and, like us, really enjoyed his stay.

I am an absolute fan of the NH hotel chain.But where there is a lot of light, there is always some shadow. The hotel is ok, but nothing more. First, the not-so-great things.Arrived at 7:10 pm after a 6 hour drive. Restaurant closed, sauna only open until 8 p.m., but it was off and should have been heated up first. Takes 30 minutes… so it didn’t happen….Room ok, getting old. But clean.Very positive (that's why I like this chain) super tasty, varied and rich breakfast. Nothing was missing, not even the freshly prepared fried egg 👍All in one, ok for one night.
