I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at Hotel Galleria in Munich. There was rarely anyone at the reception, which made it frustrating to get assistance. The hygiene standards were very poor — the rooms had a stale odor, and the sheets smelled unclean and musty. The so-called TV was actually a small computer monitor, positioned in a way that made it impossible to watch from the bed. Breakfast was mediocre at best, with limited variety and little sustenance. Despite seeing eggs on display, our request for a fried egg was denied. For the price we paid for four nights, I cannot recommend Hotel Galleria.

Really terrible experience. While the rooms itself were quite good, staff the owners, and the experience was one of the worst ever. The hotel is run by an Asian couple who couldn't care less about you. All they want is your money. They are rude, arrogant and force you to buy breakfast in which they serve you pittance. They make a big fuss of even giving you a salami alice when it is supposed to be a buffet. They claim to be situated in a really good part of the city with good connectivity, but that is a complete lie. The connectivity with public transport is poor and the building itself looked more like an abandoned warehouse. Stay away from this placeEDIT ( After your reply ):Since you took the liberty to show your racist side, let me also remind you that you are in Germany and not in China. You cannot be a thief here. You cannot mix water with orange juice for breakfast, you cannot just give one egg and shew away your guests. Please go back to China and sell your low quality rip off products. I did not waste any of your breakfast, neither did I ever come late. I guess it is Chinese culture to lie and steal. Please go back there and export some more viruses to the rest of the world. I guess you do not know the meaning of 8 minutes. It was much more than that. Thanks for all the lies and disgusting behaviour

The Hotel was the worst.Room was dirty, spiders on walls, dust on closets. Breakfast was very poor.The Hotel is cheap 80€/night, but isn't worth it. We found some yellow thing under the bed.The building from outside is fine, but inside...

Old house/hotel. Not much to expect. 21 inch TV screen in room 202. Very small WC in the same room. Don’t expect to much of this hotel. The breakfast was very poor and simple.

Horrible and dirty hotel!!!I categorically do not recommend to waste your nerves, money and precious time!The rooms are complete unsanitary - stench, mold, dirt.Bedding in stains, with a strange smell.Pillows in general are from the ancient times.Curtains dirty, the walls in the cobwebs.The curtains are dirty, the walls are cobwebby.Just do not understand how for such money not to provide adequate service.Or why cheat people!Reception as such is absent.When we came to the hotel - around empty, no shouting, no getting through.As if a really abandoned house in a horror movie. Given that there are a lot of cameras, this is the most expensive apparently, what is there. Because the so-called hotel itself is not supported at all, and by the look and condition of several decades.To such places to take tours except for the abandoned ancient sites or even pay extra visitors for what they came there to live.The photos on the website about the hotel, the designIn rooms, too, most of the deception and fake! Antique paintings, decorative flowers, and elements of the ancient interior will not save from the horror in the rooms!Do not recommend!If you do not want something there to get sick or suffocate from the dust and stench.And this hotel is located on the outskirts of Munich. But this is Germany, an EU country, and the Germans are very pedantic.Why this deception for people who are really looking for a business trip in a simple but clean room.And not just come and fight with justice and truth!
