The hotel is very central, it is good in terms of location for that reason, for the rest... very close to a square where street people hang out and next to a bar where they play loud music until the early hours of the morning, it is a small hotel, since Friday the only elevator there has been broken, you have to carry your suitcases and everything by hand up the stairs, it annoys me since I have some physical complications, the room is small, it has carpet (that is no longer is worn) the carpet has dirt and mites, we found a cockroach, the bathroom is small, full of hair from the girls who clean who I suspect are the same as the ones at reception, the bathtub curtain untouchable, the towel carts keep them in the middle of the street, that's how some of them are and the sheets in the middle of the hallway, it's really scary... the receptionists don't give you information about anything, you're the one who has to ask... The breakfast... I'm simple And if you are Spanish... there are only 2 juices, coffee, tea and manzanillas, cold cuts, sausages, German or English things for breakfast, croissants and toast.There is no more pastries nor is there more variety than that.They don't have a normal hotel common bathroom, just the room bathrooms.In short, it is not a hotel. More like a hostel, for two days we were fine but I couldn't go on for more.

The location of the hotel is excellent if it weren't for the fact that there is a nightclub in front that won't let you sleep.The rooms are not soundproofed and you can hear people in the hotel hallwayThe elevator was broken so anyone with leg problems will have a difficult time.We found a cockroach on the wall of the room and the cleaning is not goodBreakfast with very little variety.In my case it is the worst hotel I have ever been to.

A nice hotel in a good location. It is just a few meters walk to the Sendlinger Tor metro station which gives access to transport routes across the city. It is also about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old town.The hotel was clean and the room I had was with a balcony overlooking the back of the property and was very quiet. The hotel had many amenities such as free wifi, toiletries and hairdryer.The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Especially the lady working at breakfast who was very efficient and hard working, with breakfast served from 6am to 10 am during the week, half an hour later at weekends. Breakfast was excellent, a buffet style with plenty of choices including warm bread and plenty of fresh fruit.A pleasant hotel and a very positive stay.

From the moment we arrived we were mortified by our experience.The standards of this establishment represents a low class backpackers with old broken furniture, stains on the carpet, doors hanging off hinges, used earbuds in the hallway plus room not ready at check in time and no apology. The rooms have no resemblance to the photos on their website. The cherry on top was the staff who don’t understand the meaning of service.As a result we requested to cancel the remainder of our booking. The hotel manager advised to contact their head office and showed no interest or care factor.Head office refused to refund our remaining nights even when we offered to only get 50% back. I suspect they get many of these requests and therefore don’t entertain refunds. Additionally they accused us of refusing to accept a different room which was never offered. Sadly, we decided to stay another night. However after 2 nights we just couldn’t cope with the unbearable noise at night, the horrible surroundings and the ongoing immaturity and rudeness of the staff so we left early loosing 2 nights of accomodation. Well done Hotel Horror you win! I just hope future guests read this before they book.

Oh dear! Better not book. Preferably not to give a star. The carpet had apparently never been cleaned and there were ant traps and cockroaches in the room. It was room 566. The wood on the windows is peeling off (old wooden windows). The shower only works up to a height of 70cm and the water pressure is not sufficient.The worst thing is that we booked online via Booking.com and had to pay €250 per person per night in advance (Oktoberfest time). The rude awakening then came on site.

ralmemte I do not recommend it for many reasons. When it came to entering it was complicated, the room was very small and in poor condition, the bathroom did not work. I do not agree that it is called a hotel because the condoments are very bad.

In my opinion the price-performance ratio does not match.The location and the reception at the reception are quite okay. One night was enough for me here, but I wouldn't book it again.All the drains in the room were completely blocked. At the sink and shower you had to wait a long time until the water only started to go away and the toilet didn't flush either.I understand that it is "only" a 3 star hotel but the basics still have to be right, especially for the steep prices.

terrible hotel.|Room was dusty. No air conditioner in 30+ degeree C outside. Mold in the bathroom. Room was extremely small. Couldn't reach a management company using the phone given by the front desk. Unless there is absolutely nothing else around , don't book this dump.

We booked this hotel because it is close to the Isarklinik and there is a subway station nearby. Booking was made via Booking.de, unfortunately without the option to cancel. The stay was paid for in advance. After my experience at this hotel I wouldn't do that again.The rooms are dingy, the carpet has stains. Everything is a bit worn out. The bathroom radiator was stained and rusted. The condition of the balcony door and window was absolutely not ok. See pictures. The bathroom was clean. The room was very warm, the small mini fan, the cheapest version, couldn't even begin to cool anything. When we sat on the balcony on the first night there were 5-7 cockroaches crawling around. The breakfast is overpriced, the selection is ok, but not at this price. Due to the defects described, we checked out two days in advance and explained this to reception. They just asked if I had gotten rid of the cockroaches. Otherwise it didn't seem to matter. It was just repeated several times that there was no money back. I would have expected someone to accommodate us and I find the employee's behavior more than disappointing.In front of the hotel there is a small square with a fountain where homeless people, drunks etc. hang out, which doesn't really help you feel comfortable and safe.I can't recommend this hotel more.I took the pictures during my stay there and these are my own personal experiences with this hotel

Very clean hotel, without carpet, at least for the "non-smoking double" room. Room cleaning service every day, excellent location for visiting the center even without taking the metro. The metro is under the hotel. Very nice room, the only flaw is that the bathroom has a "tub" 🤷🏼♀️ good breakfast, exceptional coffee and not the usual watered down one😂 recommended!!👍🏻

I recently stayed at this hotel in Munich and had a mostly bad experience. Here's a rundown of my stay:Pros:Friendly Staff: The people at the front desk were nice and accommodating. They let us store our bags for free, which was a big help.Free Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was free and worked well during our stay.Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet was decent, providing a good start to the day.Central Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get to different places in the city.Small Balcony: Our room had a small balcony with chairs, which was a nice touch.Cons:Unsafe Surroundings: Every time we left the hotel, we encountered people on drugs, passed out, washing themselves in the fountain, and even witnessed a man and woman hitting each other. The area around the hotel felt very unsafe.Expensive Rates: We paid $1,044 for three nights (Wednesday - Saturday), which was very expensive for what we received.No AC or Fan: There was no air conditioning or fan in the room. We had to sleep with the window and balcony door open, hoping no one would enter during the night.No Safe: There was no safe in the room to store valuables.No Wash Cloths: The hotel did not provide wash cloths.Poor Shower Design: The shower nozzle was pointed toward the shower curtain, causing water to shoot out and soak the bathroom floor. You had to hold onto the nozzle the entire time to direct the water properly.Lack of Toiletries: Instead of separate body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, there was a "3-in-1 gel."No Refrigerator: The room did not have a refrigerator.Potential Noise: Although we didn't experience noise, other reviews mentioned that the club across the street could be loud.Overall, the negative aspects far outweighed the positives. For the price we paid, the experience was not worth it. I do not recommend staying here. Consider booking early to find a better option in Munich.Edit: I’d like to clarify a couple of points in response to the hotel's comments. My description of the surroundings was based on my personal experience and what I observed during my stay. Also, while the hotel mentioned that fans are available on request, we weren't informed of this when we mentioned the room was hot. It's good to know fans can be requested, but this information would have been really helpful during our stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Was absolutely fine for the price. There's nothing to complain about except that our toilet flush didn't work at times.
